IMPORTANT BEFORE BOOKING
This is a VINTAGE RV/GLAMPING EXPERIENCE on a SHARED PROPERTY—not a hotel, apartment or luxury accommodation. Other overnight and scheduled spa guests may be on the property.

The RV includes comfortable sleeping areas, kitchenette with basic cooking essentials, refrigerator, dining/lounge seating, electricity and a camper-style toilet.

WATER, BATHROOM & SHOWER
For short stays, the RV is NOT connected to the main house water supply. Fresh water is provided for drinking, coffee and basic needs.

The RV does NOT offer a traditional indoor shower for short-term stays. Guests have access to an outdoor shower with heated-water options. A traditional indoor bathroom and shower in the adjacent main house is available. Guest will have main house door access.

BACKYARD & SPA
Your stay includes access to our shared backyard and available spa amenities, including lawn and seating areas, gazebo, hot tub, sauna, seasonal pool, grill and firepit/fireplace.

Spa amenities are shared and availability may vary based on demand, season and other scheduled guests. Exclusive/private use of the gazebo or lounge areas, reserved spa times, and certain spa experiences may require advance scheduling or a separate reservation.

Conveniently located minutes from Delaware State University, Downtown Dover, restaurants, shopping and local attractions.

This stay is best for guests who appreciate vintage campers, glamping, outdoor living and affordable accommodations. Guests expecting a traditional hotel, luxury RV, guaranteed indoor shower or private use of the entire backyard/spa may prefer another listing.
