Cozy cape cod
3 bedroom 1 bath house cape cod style featuring great location for shopping, sports events and the race track. Has full size washer and dryer, towels and bedding. Kitchen has pots, pans, dishes for all your cooking needs as well as a dishwasher for easy clean up. Living room has plenty of seating with a couch and 2 love seats. Bedrooms have 1 queen bed in the master, a full bed in the 2nd bedroom and a trundle twin bed in the 3rd bedroom. Drive way has plenty of parking and has handicap ramp on both the front and back entrances.

Cute and cozy
We needed a place for a tournament weekend and it was a perfect fit. It is an older house but has great modern updates. Private and easily accesses the turf fields and just about any store and restaurant you'd need. It has a large kitchen, large family room, and the bedrooms large and spacious. We enjoyed our stay.

Great option for DE Turf
I travel to DE a few times a year for tournaments at the DE Turf. This house is a great alternative to a hotel. Very clean and best of all, the AC works awesome for hot summer days. House has a great kitchen with everything you need to cook meals. 15 minutes from the turf and a grocery store, Dunkin's, and convenience stores are all close by. I will definitely be back again for the next tournament. Host is very responsive and nice. Thank you.
