Be very careful on the stairs!!! They're slanted, very narrow and the carpet is very slippery in bare feet!!!Also, one of "the beds" is a fold out couch.

The stairs to the bedroom are very steep, if you have to use the bathroom in the middle of the night you have to go downstairs half asleep down the stairs.

perfect for the American Select tournament

it was super close to the DE turf fields. place was small but cute. perfect for me and my teenage daughter. upstairs are steep so maybe not ideal for someone elderly.

Perfect weekend getaway

Walking distance to JP's Warf and neighborhood pub. Third Friday band in the adjacent yard, Saturday night JP's had a Taco truck that was amazing and a separate truck with beer/drinks and live music. Sunday saw Jackson Dean at the State Fair only 20 minutes away.

Sports Travel

We traveled to DE for a sports tournament and loved the location of this property. It is a quick 10-minute drive to the DE sports complex and within walking distance of JP Wharf's restaurant. This property is newly renovated and is beautiful inside. Full kitchen, laundry, and AC made for a nice break after games. We will try and rebook for our tournament.

The place was clean and easy check in. Unfortunately there was no hot water! The dishwasher was running continuously and would not shut off. The water has a foul rotten egg smell, fortunately there was bottled water provided for drinking. The owner did not respond to our message about the dishwasher and no hot water. Two days of cold showers was not pleasant.
