You’ll love our place is very nice and comfortable, has a large back yard and patio courtyard. It is close to the beach, restaurants, museums, shopping centers and LEGOLAND. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and furry friends (10 Nice beach community, you can walk in the boardwalk, great for surf, take fishing trip or, whale washers trip, or relax in the beach. Best outlet mall just a few miles from the cottage.

The property was perfectly maintained creating peaceful and relaxing surroundings.

My overall experience was great! The cottage has everything you need. The beds are comfortable, the size was much bigger than it looked from outside. The yard had 2 very comfortable places to sit, relax and soak in sunshine and the daily visits from the hummingbird and other birds. The use of the garage for your car is also a nice advantage bc on-street parking can be tight. The location of the cottage was a plus too. You are next to a lot of shopping, a few fast food restaurants and minutes from Rt 5. This cottage is quaint and nicely furnished. I recommend anyone coming to San Diego to stay here to enjoy a quiet street and nice neighborhood.

Oceanside could be home

This is a cute little house with a very nice private outside space. Very short drive to the beach. 10 min walk to good grocery store and pharmacy. Very close to I-5 but not a problem with noise. Very basic 3 week stay, but that was what we wanted. Elena responded to any of our requestes in a timely manner. Good for 2 couples. Kids would be fine but there are no sidewalks for smaller kids to go for a walk.

Why they chose this property

This property is located near the ocean, freeways, train station, bus station, mayor shopping mall, LEGOLAND. The neighbors are nice, and friendly. Many restaurants are family owned, the food is excellent and very good service. Many festivals during the year. We have farmers market every Thursday with organic, fresh veggies, bread, art, etc.

What makes this property unique

Our place is cozy and comfortable, swing the front door and you will fill the ocean breeze. Seat outside in the courtyard and enjoy your preferred drink. Play a game in the back yard. Relax and enjoy a movie, you are home away home.
