Discover Villa Alice, a charming Algarvian house located between Albufeira and Guia, perfect for a relaxing holiday. With a welcoming and spacious atmosphere, it is ideal for families and groups seeking comfort and tranquillity.

Villa Alice accommodates 8+2 guests and features two main bedrooms in the main house: an elegant double room with a private bathroom and a comfortable twin room. Additionally, an annex next to the pool offers two additional twin rooms and a common bathroom with a shower, ensuring more privacy and space.

Common areas were designed for comfort and socialising. The living room and open-plan kitchen create a perfect environment for leisure and shared meals. Outside, a veranda with a dining table invites you to enjoy the Algarvian climate, while the barbecue area makes each meal even more special.

The entire property has air conditioning, ensuring comfort in any season. Come and experience unforgettable days at Villa Alice, where every detail has been carefully considered to provide well-being and unique moments.

It is recommended to rent a car, we’re happy to assist with booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.

The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

Group deposit: € 200 per guest (payment by credit/debit card). There are some restrictions for group bookings.

Please note that the occupancy for this property is 8 guests

From the 9th to the 10th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Please take all trash to the public waste containers daily and before check-out. We appreciate your cooperation and care for the property.

Please return the keys to the lockbox before leaving. Ensure it is fully closed and the code scrambled. We appreciate your cooperation.

Before leaving, please turn off all lights, A/C units and non-essential equipment. Thank you for supporting energy sustainability.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Changeover day is on Saturday, however this may be flexible in low season.

Standard Breakage Deposit: €750 / Groups: €200 per person (payable by credit card only, 2 weeks prior arrival).Some restrictions for group bookings.

The property is booked from 4 pm on your arrival day until 10 am on your departure day.

Amazing Family Getaway!

e absolutely loved our stay at Villa Alice! The space was perfect for our family, with plenty of room for everyone. The open-plan living area made it easy to hang out together, and the outdoor dining area by the pool was just perfect for our barbecues. The location was great—quiet but close enough to the beaches and restaurants in Albufeira. If you're looking for a cozy spot for a family holiday, Villa Alice is a fantastic choice!

Perfect Retreat

Villa Alice was everything we hoped for and more! The layout is ideal for groups, with the main house and the annex giving us plenty of space and privacy. We spent our days lounging by the pool and enjoyed some great meals together on the porch. The kitchen was well-equipped, which made cooking fun! Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to relax and enjoy some quality time with friends or family.

A Wonderful Experience

Our stay at Villa Alice was exceptional. The property is spacious and well-designed, accommodating our group comfortably. The two main bedrooms in the main house and additional twin rooms in the annex provided ample space and privacy.
