About this property

Villa with Private Pool Near Albufeira Center and Beach

Villa Luís is set in a residential area of housing.
Located very close to the center of the beautiful city of Albufeira. It consists of two air-conditioned bedrooms one with double bed, the other with two single beds, two bathrooms, living room, fully equipped kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher , and all the utensils you need to cook outside we have a barbecue area and meals. About 100 meters from the house we have a small shopping center with supermarket, bar, restaurant, cafe.
The villa has a private pool for the exclusive use of the renting clients. If you like to walk we have a walking path that takes us right to the old town where you can find a wide variety of restaurants and bars, terraces with live music.
The nearest beach is Fisherman's Beach, but we are located in a central area very close to the beaches of S. Rafael, Galé, Santa Eulalia, Maria Luisa and a little further away from the beautiful and beautiful Falésia beach. Children are welcome.
The villa is situated in a residential area and noise is not allowed after 22 hours.

Lovely place to stay especially if you don’t want the noise of Albufeira. Couldn’t fault it, we had such a great week and the host Maria Helena was so welcoming and friendly. Having the pool was a highlight so we could come back and relax (and not have to fight to put towels by the pool like you would in a hotel). Would highly recommend and would definitely stay there again

Fabulous family break

We had the most amazing start to our family holiday, the villa was fabulous, well equipped both indoor and out and exactly as descibed. A short walk to town and plenty of uber/taxi availability. Perfect for families and couples alike. We would definitely stay again!

Perfect for a relaxing break

Well equipped property with perfect hosts. A lovely quiet area with supermarkets a 15 minute walk away. Well served by taxis. Swimming pool for keeping fit and plenty of outside space for relaxing in the sun.

Family holiday

Wonderful villa

A lovely villa, close to main road links and only 5 euros in an Uber into the old town or the strip. The host was excellent and extremely welcoming. We wanted for nothing and the attention to detail was first rate. A supermarket and pizzeria/Italian restaurant was within 5 minutes walk should you wish to stay in. The pool was a good size. Would highly recommend and will hopefully be able to stay there again when we next visit the Algarve.

What a lovely villa

The villa was lovely, spacious and clean. The pool was fantastic and the sun loungers were very comfy too. There was a very well stocked supermarket (Pingo Doce) a short walk away and Albufeira old town (with its bars, restaurants, shops and the beach) was only a 15-20 min away. Maria was a fabulous host, she made us very welcome - thanks for helping to make our first experience of Portugal such a good one.

Family Holiday (three young adults)

We all had a very relaxed stay in Maria's home. It was clean and comfortable. We had great fun in the pool and had a couple of friends over for a bar-b-que night. It was close enough to walk to Old town by the pink path and had a supermarket less than five min away, with a local coffee shop in the other direction with great coffee. Grainne (Ireland)

Beautiful Villa in a great location!

We visited Maria’s Villa this summer and had a wonderful time! The villa is beautiful and spotless clean! Having your own pool and comfy sun loungers is a bonus! 10 mins walk into the Old Town on the pink path and Uber only 3/4 mins! Lidl is a 5 minute taxi drive away or there is a supermarket at the end of the road so very convenient! Maria was a great host, very friendly and helpful! I would definitely visit this Villa again when we visit Portugal 😍

My husband and I, along with our children had a wonderful stay at Maria Helena's property. This was our first villa stay and we had everything we needed. It was a home from home! Before our stay, the communication was great and upon arrival we were welcomed with open arms and a wealth of knowledge of the Algarve. The pool was brilliant and well maintained- and the sun was on it most of the day, which is an added bonus!The location was perfect for us. Only a short walk to the Old Town, and with 2 supermarkets within very quick reach. We felt very safe walking everywhere, but a taxi is only a few euros if needed. Maria and her husband are lovely people and we would love to come back next year! Thank you both for your hospitality take care and see you soon! X

Lovely villa

The villa was lovely, and a nice pool, very clean, convenient place to stay, Maria, is there to meet you with your keys, as she lives opposite, also we can't thank her enough for looking after our bags on the day we left, as we had an evening flight. She was so helpful. Shop only 5 minutes down the road, and Lidl only a 10 minutes walk away. Uber into old town only €5, if you are active there is a park you can walk down that will take you to the old town.

Peaceful Villa

Hosts were fantastic, very friendly, had to contact once whilst there & they responded right away. Villa was spotless. Great size for family of 4 Great outdoor space. In a very quiet area, only 15 minute walk downhill to old town. Supermarkets Lidl & Aldi 10 minute walk uphill. Local supermarket 5 minute walk downhill. Ubers are very cheap. Would most definitely return & highly recommend.

A great first family holiday!

We have always enjoyed Albufeira as a couple, so thought it was a great place for our first "family" holiday with our daughter. Maria's place was a great base - very clean and loads of amenities, private and quiet. Our little girl loved the pool and it was great that she had her own air-conditioned room. Taxis to and from town and the beach were only 5-6 euros - would also be walkable but we didn't fancy pushing a pram for 30 minutes up a hill during a very hot week! There's an Aldi and a Lidl quite nearby and a great little supermarket a short stroll away which is all we really needed. Maria and her husband were very welcoming hosts, we had one small issue with the gas on the first night and Maria's husband was over to fix it within minutes! Overall, we would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic stay

We had an amazing time in Maria’s Villa. She lives opposite so was there to greet us and say goodbye. The villa was spotless and the pool was lovely. With Lidl up the hill and a supermarket down the hill it was easy to get supplies. Uber back at €3. We were about 25 mins walk into the old town but we used Uber/Bolt all week €3.50 to town. Very busy and vibrant in Albeferia Town. Beautiful beach and marina. First time visiting Portugal and found everyone so friendly. We will definitely visit again.

Really nice hosts, they were absolutely fabulous. Extremely clean, could not have asked for better. It threw me a little bit because the pool is actually in the front garden, not much privacy. I have never seen a pool in a front garden before, I find it strange, from the pics you think it's in the back, but there is no back. The pool is in the front garden right beside the carport? Oddest configuration I have seen. The hosts are lovely, they live right across the street, they could not have been more helpful and so sweet. Helene was kind enough to post a card for me. Thank you, Helene!! Great place, very relaxing!

Schönes, sehr sauberes Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus war genau wie im Internet beschrieben. Auffallend sauber! Maria Helena war eine sehr liebenswerte und sehr freundliche Gastgeberin. Albufeira hat abseits vom Zentrum sehr schöne Strände und Buchten.
