Great spot in a great location

The place is a little smaller than the pictures might suggest but fabulous location if you want to walk to see the city.. Plenty of restaurants, close to major attractions by foot... great for families

We liked the general location, though wished we were a few streets closer to the Seine. It was very loud for our young family. The location was also in a limited traffic zone, making getting a taxi or Uber almost impossible. This is something that should be shared with potential renters.Our primary concern was about the amount of mold in both bathrooms. If we had been staying more than 3 days, we would have tried to move to a different location to reduce exposure. This is something that should be addressed ASAP.

The biggest issue is the odor of taco cooking oil from the taco shop directly adjacent lol. It’s literally palpable without the windows entirely open. The bathrooms are really tight and the shower room lacks ventilation. Regardless it’s a great location if you like the marais and the area has become quite the nightlife area. Better for bachelors than families.

Lovely apartment in a perfect location

The apartment was tastefully furnished and perfectly located. The beds were very comfortable with great pillows and cozy duvets. The building is a bit noisy, but that didn’t bother us at all. We felt completely at home!
