Fantastic stay in great location

Had a lovely relaxing stay. The hosts were lovely and welcoming and check-in was simple. The apartment is great with a lovely bathroom and kitchen. The addition of the pool was great particularly given the warm weather. The village is a 10 minute walk away and is very pretty with plenty of restaurants. Would highly recommend.

Perfect location for Eymet with everything you needed for a short stay. The pool was a bonus but unfortunately too cold until the last day of our holiday. The studio was very secure and had extremely good parking behind automated gates.

Just perfect. The Studio was immaculate and very well equipped. Walking distance to the centre of Eymet and driving distance to so many Dordogne Delights. The swimming pool and garden area an added bonus. Veronique was such a charming host and very helpful in making our stay so comfortable and giving us good local recommendations. We will be back!.

Great location, short walk into the village.Very secluded & secure property with parking which was a bonus. Very comfortable studio apartment with a lovely outside area & swimming pool. Only negative was we would have liked a change of towels during our 10 night stay & the TV was not working. Overall we were very happy with our stay.

Nice little studio, conveniently situated on the outskirts of the village. Facilities exactly as described. Was nice to be able to walk into village rather than drive. Hosts were friendly and available if required.

The studio is a superb property for two with everything you could wish for to make a perfect holiday. Very modern and clean. Large comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen and lovey shower room.Step outside into a good sized pool and private garden consisting of trees and shrubs.Only one negative, no air con but adequate fan.

Two weeks in Southern Dordogne.

We booked this lovely Private Property with its own Pool as a base to explore Chateau’s and vineyards of the Region. Sadly the weather was mixed with Sun, Cloud and Rain, in equal proportions. The town of Eymet is vibrant with a good choice of Restaurants and Bars. The large Thursday Market is not to be missed.There are also a couple of Fine Dining restaurants waiting to be discovered. A fairly large British presence who appear to have blended in well with the local population. We just ‘made do’ with the unusually mixed weather and enjoyed the Lifestyle of the Region. Our Hosts at the Property Xavier and Veronique were most welcoming and there to help if needed. Would definitely recommend.

After thoroughly cleaning a property that was full of dust and cobwebs under and behind the bed we were then messaged by the host with a claim of 125 for water damage to an ikea unit that had clearly swelled at the base from the floor being mopped and a towel used as a bath mat they claim could not be cleaned even though we washed it twice and only used half the towels and had to buy a knife to cut bread as there was not one provided . The hosts barely spoke to us in 2 weeks which is fine but when they went on holiday midway through our holiday we cleaned the pool after a storm and watered their vegetable patch. As you can imagine this has spoiled our memory.

Notre logement est toujours d’une propreté impeccable et réalisé par nous même comme indiqué dans de nombreux commentaires depuis plusieurs années. Vous avez laissé le logement très sale et très malodorant . Si vous aviez eu la délicatesse de vous excuser pour les dégâts occasionnés sur notre meuble, nous n’aurions pas fait de réclamation. Nous sommes discrets envers nos vacanciers mais savons également échanger quand les personnes le souhaitent . Après une tempête il est normal d’avoir quelques feuilles dans une piscine mais nous avions mis à disposition une épuisette en cas de besoin. Nous regrettons d’avoir eu mauvaise expérience avec vous.

Excellent ! Studio parfaitement propre et bien équipé. Nous avons apprécié l’accueil, la disponibilité et la discrétion des propriétaires. Merci beaucoup pour les produits locaux offerts à notre arrivée. Ce qui nous a manqué : des jeux de cartes et de sociétés dans le studio et peut-être des jeux dans la piscine (ballon, bouée, …)Mais même sans ça, le séjour était parfait.

Très belle semaine passée à Eymet. Très charmant village, très reposant. Mr et Mme Thévenet sont très accueillants, très compréhensifs et très ouvert. Nous avons pu profiter de la belle piscine. Le studio est agréable et le jardin très apaisant. L'endroit idéal pour recharger les batteries !
