Your Family’s Condo on the Beach! Only few steps to the beach, this newly remodeled condominium is, for the first time, being offered to the rental market by its private owner. You'll find a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances. New granite counter tops throughout. Tons of space for 8 guests featuring 3 bedrooms and two baths. 1 King bed, 2 queens, 1 full, futon, 2 recliners, twin cot, sectional couch, air mattress and pack and play. 1st floor ground level unit. The master bedroom and living areas feature a walk-out porch. Other two bedrooms have poolside views.

The unit is the only unit in the complex that has private wireless internet networks for the condo, and one of poolside. 50 inch TVs in two rooms with cable service, BluRay/DVD players and streaming services such as Netflix. Wii gaming system for the kids also in one of the rooms. A laundry room has a large load washer/dryer and beach toys are available. Fabulous beds and linens will ensure you enjoy the most restful sleep possible. A quiet and beautiful pool/ hot tub and tennis courts are available for you use. Sea Vista is the southern most property on the island next to a protected marine preserve yet close to the best restaurants on the southern harbor. Fishing, dolphin and bird watching is within walking distance.

There is a maximum occupancy of 8 persons with 2 automobiles allowed. No Smoking in unit, and no pets allowed. No exceptions.

Great location !

Great place to stay for a group of 7 with two kids. Beach was very close to unit and even during summer it wasn’t very busy. Nice amenities including pool, tennis courts and beach showers. Condo itself was a lil dated in some areas but had everything we needed and the beds were all very comfy !

Very smooth and easy check in process. The condo is a stones throw away from the beach. Condo was clean, plenty of kitchen utensils, lots of bath towels and beach towels. Great stay! Recommend and will be back for sure

The condo was well-furnished, clean and was a perfect size and location for a family vacation. All amenities were in good condition; we had lots of beach tools and towels. The hot tub was lovely and the welcoming bottle of wine was also a nice touch :-). I would definitely recommend this condo and would welcome an opportunity to return.

Very nice condo

Our family stayed the week of July 4th. The condo is close to the parking lot, so we didn’t have to walk far, and the pool it right at the front door. Everything was nice and clean, inside the condo and outside on the property. I liked that the condo is on the ground floor and didn’t have to go up any stairs carrying bulky or heavy items. The three bedrooms and two baths fit our family of five perfectly. We enjoyed our vacation here and would rent it again.

Our family had a wonderful beach vacation staying at this property. It was very clean, well stocked, and very spacious. We enjoyed the boogie boards, beach chairs, wagon, and towels provided by our hosts. They made the trek back and forth from the beach that much easier. There was a mix-up on our entry code on the email, but maintenance was there to assist with the correct code and we were able to get in with no problem. Remember your bug spray when packing.... mosquitoes were crazy heading down to the beach area! Overall we had a wonderful stay!

My family loves staying at the Sea Vista. This unit was great being on the bottom floor and very secluded. We did have an issue with the condo not being cleaned when we arrived, but we let the owner know. Overall, the stay was great!

Very nice condo and was very clean except for some bugs in guest bathroom and bedroom.

Beautiful and safe property. Staff all very nice and helpful. Wagon for beach toys etc. was missing but otherwise property very well supplied with needed items! We had fun except for our sunburns!!! Grandkids loved it! Pool nice and clean too!

EXCELLENT Location and Communication

WE LOVED IT! Everything was GREAT, besides a few minor inconveniences like no kitchen garbage bags or shampoo/conditioner. The kids loved the Wii and bunk beds. The location was amazing and the amenities were wonderful! Being able to have the pool and tennis court (rackets and balls in the unit!) right out the front door, and the ocean and sand just a short walk out the back door was AMAZING!! Communication with Eric was quick and helpful. The wiring is older and a bit challenging to figure out, but overall it was a FANTASTIC stay, and we will definitely be back! We are in love with this location! My 3yo didn't want to leave! Oh, and for those who need it, I did notice a sand wheelchair outside one of the units! I'm not sure where it came from, but they are there! Suggestions: The cheap beach umbrellas in the unit are mostly broken, but you can rent a nice umbrella and recliners at the beach for around $30/day! Totally worth it! AND bring flashlights to go watch the crabs at night on the beach! (Beware of a crab surprising you on the patio at night too!) SO fun!

Why they chose this property

This property is going to feel brand new. Newly remodeled, its everything you want. Its on the side of the building so it cuts down on unnecessary traffic walking by your condo. Its as close as you can get to the neighboring waterpark and beach bar. Its on the ground floor so you never have to worry about elevators going out. And its got private wifi in the condo and at the pool. "Paradise Unit 123" and Poolside Paradise Unit 123.
