The apartment was well situated. There were restaurants and stores close by as well as several metro lines. The hosts were communicative and sent a plumber when there was a leak in the sink. It only took an hour to repair and it was during some down time so we were glad it got fixed. The apartment doesn't have much charm but it does have great potential. We had everything we needed and there were fans as well as space heaters. The twin beds were a bit uncomfortable and creaky but we got used to it. Great shower. We did think there should be a link to the TV manual and the oven. We were able to use the oven but the TV never came on despite new batteries for both remotes.

Thank you very much for our stay in Paris, Conveniently located near Le Marais, with plenty of shopping, dining, and bar options nearby, close to a metro station, the apartment was clean (and the heaters were working perfectly which was necessary in this late winter season), The wifi was working well, which is always a plus, The master bedroom and living room face the main busy street, but it is generally quiet at night, The owner is very responsive in case of any questions,
