The hosts were incredibly helpful during our stay, They were very responsive and provided clear instructions, We encountered some challenges, such as a delay during check-in due to the late delivery of clean linens, As a result, my 3 children fell asleep on the sofa while waiting, Additionally, we found that essential supplies like toilet paper, soap, and shampoo were not available, prompting us to purchase them ourselves, The remote control for the main TV was also malfunctioning, Furthermore, there was a leak in one of the bathrooms that rendered it unusable, Despite the host's efforts to address the issue, it remained unresolved, We faced difficulty retrieving the keys from the lockbox upon our return, as the provided code no longer worked, Although a plumber returned the following day, we opted to leave the matter unresolved until check-out, The exceptional customer service made our experience worthwhile, I have a great fondness for the place and the surrounding area!

Modern. Great location. Very close to a bunch of metro lines. Centrally located to great little areas for walking, shopping, dining. However, if you are a light sleeper or like to sleep with the windows open, this is not for you. Both bedrooms open to the street which is extremely noisy from all the restaurants and foot traffic, which is what makes the neighborhood cool. If you want to keep the windows open for fresh air, that’s not an option unless you are a very heavy sleeper. The apt has fans but 3 were not working. One was near broken because it made a loud sound so you couldn’t sleep with it on. Also, one bedroom does not have black out curtains so bring a sleeping mask if you are sensitive to light.

Communication was terrible! We know things are gonna go wrong, but we couldn’t get a hold of the host and had to use part of our vacation time to figure out some issues we were having with the property. At one point, we lost power.

Schöne, modern eingerichtete und sehr gepflegte Wohnung. Küche voll ausgestattet und sauber. Bäder geräumig. Zugang etwas „rustikal“. Fenster scheinbar schalldicht, da wir von der belebten (nicht befahrenen) Straße bei geschlossenem Fenster nichts gehört haben, daher ruhig Nachtruhe. Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert, da auch die Lage für uns am Gare Est ankommend und zum Erkunden der Stadt zu Fuß optimal war. Danke auch für die rasche Hilfe beim Öffnen der Schlüsselbox!

Die Wohnung war ausgezeichnet, es fehlten jedoch ein paar Kleinigkeiten, die sie noch besser gemacht hätten – ein Abtropfgestell für Geschirr, Geschirrtücher für die Küche und Waschlappen fürs Bad. Die Müllentsorgung war etwas verwirrend – es gab zwar viele Schilder, die erklärten, was man nicht mit dem Müll machen sollte, aber keine Hinweise darauf, was tatsächlich zu tun ist. In einem Schlafzimmer fehlte außerdem ein Vorhang. Wenn Sie nachts lärmempfindlich sind, sollten Sie Ohrstöpsel mitbringen, da die Straße, besonders am Wochenende, recht belebt ist. Insgesamt sind meine Kritikpunkte jedoch geringfügig, und wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt und würden gerne wiederkommen.

Es war alles vorhanden, was wir brauchten. Der Check-in-Prozess ist allerdings sehr kompliziert und umständlich. Abgesehen davon war der Aufenthalt aber gut.
