Shoreline 10 has everything you're looking for in a beach house, from private covered parking to amazing balcony views of the ocean you will be spoiled by the comforts of Shoreline 10. The first floor includes the covered parking spot perfect for keeping you car shaded from the Florida sun. On the second floor is an open floor plan with an upgraded kitchen overlooking a bar, dining room table and spacious living room. There is plenty of room for the whole family to gather for dinner and enjoy the views. The townhome sleeps 6 comfortably with a king master bedroom, queen guest bedroom, twin over twin bunks.

Inlet Beach is becoming the latest hot spot on 30A where you can feel like you are away from the traffic of Rosemary while still being within biking distance. Inlet Beach has recently welcomed the shoppes of 30 Avenue where you can find great boutique style stores and restaurants. You will also be close to Winn Dixie and Publix for easy access to all of your grocery needs. To the East you are near Pier Park in Panama City Beach and to the West you can drive to San Destin and Destin for more shopping and dining experiences. Come enjoy your paradise on 30A and stay at Shoreline 10 where you can experience the one-of-a-kind beaches of the Emerald Coast from your balcony.

Poor

We really enjoyed our stay! The management was very helpful with booking and our early arrival. The townhouse was clean and very comfortable. A few things are in need of repair and maybe needs a few more kitchen utensils but a really a great place to stay. We loved the location and so close to beach! We also really enjoyed the neighboring guests as well! Definitely will recommend this to our friends and family.

Still haven't paid me back for water leak ruined my daughter's laptop

Still owe money for my daughter's laptop. Maintenance out twice, plumber out twice. I have been more than patient and given plenty of opportunity to do the right thing, still haven't. Toilet leaking over dining table, onto my daughter's laptop.

Great Location

Overall, love the place and location. We've stayed in two other units beside it before that were a little nicer and more updated, but no big deal. Two small negatives: 1. The smoke detector goes off whenever you cook anything, and I mean anything. 2. The guest bath upstairs has a pretty leaky faucet and the drain seems to be stopped up too, so it is constantly filling with water and cannot drain the dirty water, which got kind of gross. Other than that, great place. Would stay there again.

Beautiful townhouse in a nice area!

If you want a quiet, relaxing place to stay, this is it! Just the right distance from busier areas and amenities. Very short walk to the beautiful beach. The beach is a public access beach, but is was never crowded. The townhouse is furnished nicely, and included needed appliances. Rental agency checked on our stay to make sure everything was going good. Would definitely stay here again!
