This place is great we had everything we needed. It is located right in the center of old vegas and the strip. The host was great communicated and responded quick. The house is nice for being in a sketchy neighborhood. Will definitely stay again.

It was very closed to Las Vegas Blvd.

I wish the yard was more clean. The neighborhood didn't feel too safe. But nothing bad happened. I think the house could he cheaper.

Nice house sketchy location

I rely heavily on reviews to choose VRBO accommodations and have never been disappointed until now. Our host, Yaniv, was kind and responsive. The interior of the home was clean and cute as advertised. When we arrived at the property, we were struck with disbelief. I had to double check the address because the house didn’t look like what I expected of a highly rated property. A section of the fence around the property had been crashed through and broken. It was replaced by caution tape, which made it look more like a crime scene than a vacation property. A rusted classic car was parked in the driveway. The side and back yards had industrial furniture stacked in them. The living room couch was broken. The house is close to the Strip, so we should have expected the area to be a little sketchy. Nevertheless, we were surprised to see homeless people strolling the sidewalks pushing shopping carts. Someone left a pile of dirty, ragged clothes right outside the gate. Luckily, when we came back later that day they were gone, replaced by what appeared to be urine on the sidewalk. Overall, we were underwhelmed given the high number of five star ratings this property has on VRBO and felt we should share some of the downsides for anyone who expects more.

Peaceful, safe lower income and second home neighborhood walking distance to north strip. We were 8 adults, one baby and one dog. Everything you need is close and much is within walking distance. Very strong Internet. Netflix. Four bedrooms. One bedroom and garage are not included. Rating is for total value.

It was great overall. Me and my group did try to bbq unfortunately the grill didn’t have a propane tank and the kitchen was very incomplete. Other than that it was a sweet house. Love the huge driveway with the gate being that we had a truck and trailer for our race car.

The best location and price range for my budget and the amount of people we had in our group

This house is super cool I’d say in the middle of the strip. You can literally hear the people on the rides from the stratosphere. Parking is more then enough then needed so no issue there. As for the inside rooms were nice a cozy. Pretty much everything I would have expected to be going to a rental home like this. If I was going to Vegas again soon this is where I would be staying again.
