We had enough room for our family trip. Central location to a lot of shopping, entertainment, and non-strip activities. There was a storm and winds so pool was dirty upon arrival but host had pool cleaned for us. Not enough seats in the dining area for meals together but we managed. Did notice there was a patch of roofing missing probably from heavy winds but I would stay again.

Our stay was absolutely amazing! Any question that we had, it would be answered in seconds. We were celebrating my birthday when we visited and their team got me a cake. How thoughtful and nice! There’s plenty of room in the house for big groups. It’s also convenient how everything is central and it only takes less than 15 minutes to get to any main Vegas attractions. My group and I would love to stay here again in the future! Great hospitality and views!

Excellent Location. VERY clean and welcoming inside. The back yard and pool area could need some TLC. Not very conducive for outside or pool enjoyment. Lack of shade structures, overgrown weeds and little to no seating areas outside by the pool.

Exactly as advertised. Party of 8 stayed for bachelor party, all had our own bed and enough bathrooms and showers that never really had to wait. Location was close to anything you needed. Average $22 uber ride to the strip. Would stay again.

Great host and stay!

Ivan is an amazing host and was super responsive our whole trip. 13 of us fit pretty comfortably. The house was clean when we arrived, but the pool was slightly dirty due to high winds at the time. Ivan was an excellent host and made sure it was cleaned ASAP - it was ready for use when we woke up. The rooms are kind of confusing based off the pictures but once you arrive it all makes sense. 10/10 would recommend and stay again.

Basketball family traveling to Vegas

Check in was easy. Ivan was very responsive to all our questions. The kids were excited over the fort nite on the Xbox. They wanted to stay inside just to play. It was very close to where we needed to be in summerlin but also a few blocks away from the strip. Were looking forward to staying again.

the bedroom carpet you wouldn't want to walk barefootthe kitchen wasn't well stocked for cooking the coffee maker was a 4 cup the kitchen table was large enough for 4 but they advertised up to 8 peopleWe would rather have booked several hotel rooms instead of this house. Wouldn't recommend it, keep looking

Hey Rick I'm sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied. I am surprised to hear these complaints after your stay has ended, as I would have been happy to remedy these concerns during your stay had you communicated them. The carpet gets steam cleaned every three months in order to uphold a certain cleanliness standard. It is not advertised anywhere in my listing that it would be stocked with groceries for cooking as that does not fall under the responsibilities of a host. I can verify the property is stocked with all the essentials but nothing elaborate that you may have otherwise picked up at the grocery store. There are extra chairs visible in the photos and at the property for up to 8 guests to sit at the kitchen table.

Disappointing Stay Due to Poor Amenities and Safety Concerns

I regret to share that my stay was far from satisfactory due to several issues with the amenities provided. First and foremost, the quality of the beds and towels was very poor, which made it difficult to get comfortable. The kitchen items were also lacking, and the electric stove was not functioning, which caused significant inconvenience during my stay. Additionally, the sink in both rooms had persistent water blockage, which was extremely frustrating .To make matters worse, I discovered a baby scorpion inside the home, which raised concerns about cleanliness and safety. Given the combination of these issues, I expected a much higher standard of accommodation for the price paid. I hope the management can address these concerns to improve the experience for future guests.

I am very surprised to read such a poor review from this guest. He references several issues that he was directly responsible for. I do take accountability for the issue with the stove but within an hour I had personally arrived at the property and provided a functioning replacement. I received a complaint of a toilet blockage which I personally tended to immediately as well. As for the scorpion inside, this was a direct result of the fact that both the front door and back door were left open by the guest for hours (which I'm guessing was an effort to minimize the pungent smell from their cooking which lingered long after their stay).  I personally tended to a plethora of demands but after third or fourth complaint from this guest I started to get the feeling that there was an ulterior motive for the incessant complaints which was that they were angling to get a discount. I have been hosting for years and I pride myself on being accessible and accommodating to my guests. This is the most damaging and unwarranted review I have ever received.
