This 3 bedroom house with garden is ideal for families or contractors. Near enough to the centre of Andover but also in a quiet neighbourhood for a relaxing stay.
One double bedroom, one twin and the 3rd bedroom (not shown yet in photos) will be bunk beds shortly but is currently one single bed.
There are 2 full bathrooms and one WC. The house has a nice sized kitchen which is fully equipped with everything you should need. The lounge is combined with a dining area and includes smart TV and leather seating.
The property has a back garden.
There is a Co-op a 2 minute drive or 7 minute walk from the house, also a Lidl 3 minute drive/15 minute walk. The house is close to Andover Train station (7 minute drive) and a 5 minute drive/30 minute walk from Finkley Down Farm.
Also nearby are Andover Museum, Thruxton Circuit, Bombay Gin Distillery, Hawk Conservancy, Riverside Bowling and Glow Golf, Odeon, Tot City, Stonehenge, and Army Flying Museum.
