Nice place and location but difficult property management company

This is managed by ShBarcelona and VRBO accepts no responsibility for their policies or actions. Links to ShBarcelona's portal did not work and we were unable to pay online despite using multiple browsers, credit cards, etc. We had to pay a 30 Euro fee to pay someone in person rather than giving us the option to pay over the phone. The person who met us for payment was great, but we had to pay him 30 Euro cash and then pay for the room with credit card (that worked in person). ShBarcelona was difficult to work with and I would not stay at one of their properties again.

Las dos camas individuales son extremadamente incómodas. El clóset no es funcional, no tiene donde colgar ropa ni dónde poner ropa. El baño tiene un olor a caño insoportable, no hay suficiente papel higiénico o artículos de baño para cuatro personas para cinco días, no hubo agua caliente no funcionan los enchufes,una de las peores experiencias que he tenido con ustedes
