Enjoy the city of Barcelona from this very well appointed three bedroom apartment with private terrace and beautiful sunset views. Barcelona's excellent weather will allow you to enjoy the terrace all year long.

Three bedroom apartment that comfortably sleeps 4 guests, with lots of natural light. There is one double bedroom with direct access to the terrace, and two single bedrooms (one of them has a bed that could actually sleep two kids).

The living room & dining room also have access to the terrace and have a sofa, a dining table, and a flat screen TV.

Renovated shower (December 2017).

Fully equipped and modern kitchen.

One of the apartment's most unique features is its terrace, where you can sip a glass of wine while you watch the sunset, or have breakfast, lunch dinner.

The apartment is a 7th floor with elevator. Internet is provided free of charge

Minutes away from Diagonal and Paseo de Gracia, and within the very quaint neighborhood of Gracia, this apartment is surrounded by plenty of cafes and restaurants. It is also very well connected to the rest of the city by subway (the stop is seconds away) and in 15 minutes you are in Plaza Catalunya (Catalunya Square). Gracia is one of Barcelona's most peculiar districts, with many pedestrian streets and lots of shops, boutique restaurants, etc.... and all within minutes of famous Paseo de Gracia.

The apartment was very nice and the location was perfect! Close to the metro and great restaurants. It has everything you need. The shower did not work for us but the owner was very kind and offered us a partial refund. It is not due to water pressure as the kitchen and bathroom faucets have full pressure. I would confirm this is repaired prior to booking. Other than the shower it’s a great place to rent.

Lovely Stay in Barcelona

We enjoyed our stay in Barcelona! This apartment is close to the metro, so we could get around fairly easily. We felt safe in the neighborhood, and there were food and coffee options nearby. There was plenty of space for us in the apartment, and we loved the rooftop balcony and the view!! Our host was very responsive, and she met us when we arrived to check us in. The only thing to note is that there is no AC, so keep that in mind if booking during the summer! Even with the fans running and windows open, it could get rather hot. Overall a lovely stay.

Five Day Hola Pass- The Best!

This property is a great location. It was easy to get to from the airport and then a quick walk took you to the apartment. We loved the outdoor space.There were grocery stores close by. Once we got in, Adam was there to show us around. He was very helpful.
