daytona Beach

A lot of walking from the condo unit to the pool and beach. Difficult to find extra parking space. Traffic in Daytona was very busy and waits at resturants very long.

This property was absolutely beautiful, well maintained and had every amenity you could need for your stay. Tom was extremely accommodating! We drove to FL from NJ and arrived much later than anticipated during check in day, and Chere was extremely flexible in terms of still working with us for check in when we finally arrived despite the lateness. Wonderful family beach vacation!

This condo was beautiful! Our group of 6 had a great time! Very clean! Plenty of space! Great views! Lots of great amenities in the building. We’ve stayed at several different buildings in Daytona and this truly is one of the nicest! The only thing to be aware of is that there can be a lot of street noise at night. Especially on the weekends. So that might be something to keep in mind if you are a light sleeper or have very young children. But overall we had a wonderful time!! :)

Bike week

Place was absolutely beautiful on the beach great location. More than enough room. Only thing was disappointed that we were expected to do laundry before we leave even after paying cleaning fee. Towels were not included in cleaning fee. It’s stressful to have to get laundry done and be out by 10am. Tom was great about letting us leave an hour later since it was daylight savings time Overall would stay there again

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful vacation with a few issues. Upon arrival, we were told that our third vehicle would have to be parked at the long term parking lot at the airport. My second daughter had to drive an additional car since she had to leave midway through our trip. I was made to believe there was overflow parking. We were allotted a parking space with a number and one without a number. We came in late on Tuesday night and didn’t have anywhere to park. We had to park in an area blocked off with a cone but we had nowhere else to park. We found a spot the next morning after we were threatened to be towed. Also, the tile floors were not mopped very well. We all had black feet the first night from walking barefoot in the condo. Lastly, we had to wash all towels and washcloths before we left. I understand this helps the maid service, but we had no hand towels or bath towels for the morning. This was an inconvenience. Otherwise, the condo was beautiful.

Amazing Stay!!! Don’t hesitate to book this one!

What a wonderful gem of a condo!! Perfect location with excellent space inside & out to stretch out, 3 bedrooms were all huge and each had there own bathroom!! 2 balconies to people watch or view the ocean - we even grilled lunch or dinner most days! Gym in the building, pool table, outdoor pool and the public walkway to the beach is right next door so it wasn’t a long walk to get down to the beach. Even had beach chairs & beach towels to use! After the hurricanes ripped through last year most of the hotels and condos on the beach lost there pools and private entrances to the beach. So most places you stay you had to walk 1/2 mile just to get to an access point! Owner and property manager were easy to reach and had great communication if I needed anything or wanted s suggestion for dinner or entertainment in the area. Hands down would book this Vrbo again!!

Great property but not great customer service

Long story short, great condo but the owner lied to me saying he would send us some some sort of refund for our inconvenience and NEVER did. We brought our family down for spring break and were so excited to stay in this beautiful condo. It’s spacious, clean, a great location with great amenities. Unfortunately when we arrived one of the 2 AC units was not working. This unit controlled the 2 bedrooms. We let the property manager(who said it has been having issues and was just serviced) know who contacted the owner who wanted to come and see for himself. We had to rearrange our plans to be there to meet him. He said he would send the AC company out to look at it. In the meanwhile it was 80 degrees or hotter in the bedrooms with one room having no windows, only glass doors I couldn’t open at night since children were in the room. The AC unit came the next day which we had to change our plans to accommodate them as well. Turns out it needed a whole new unit which couldn’t be replaced until after we left. Those rooms were miserable to sleep in due to how hot they were. I asked the owner if he would compensate us(not a specific amount, just whatever he felt was reasonable) for the inconvenience and discomfort. He asked for my mailing address and said he would send something. But he NEVER did. I would be less angry if he would have been truthful in that he didn’t think we deserved anything instead of lying to me(which I have all the texts messages to prove this all occurred).

The most beautiful beach condo we’ve ever stayed in!

Pictures do not do this condo justice! It is very grand and very beautiful! Toni met us to check in....talk about service! She met us in the parking garage and showed us to our room. She gave us a tour of the property which was so nice! And she checked on us via text periodically throughout the week! I’ve never had such good, personalized service before. The amenities are amazing! The condo has everything you could possibly need and more! There are shopping carts in the parking garage to help you bring up your groceries! The pool and hot tub are so nice! The condo is the real star though. It is HUGE!!! The condo is so beautifully decorated also. The porches are also enormous and have gorgeous beach views! I can’t say enough nice things about this place! The owners are also very thoughtful and so easy to work with! If you’re going to Daytona, this is the place you want to stay! Beautiful condo

This was the biggest and nicest condo we have ever stayed in. Everything was exactly as seen in the pictures. The kitchen has every tool you could want and then some! Very quiet and secure property.

THIS WAS BEAUTIFUL!!

We were absolutely impressed with this condo. It was well appointed with all you would need down to dishwasher and laundry pods. Any type of cooking/storage containers you needed as well as a great grill on the patio off the livingroom. All rooms were comfortable and even people in our party were checking the tags on the mattresses to see what and where they could be purchased. Toni checked us in and was super friendly and amazing!! Told us if we had any questions or issues to get ahold of her and she would do her best to have it resolved asap. One person in our party even had a package shipped through PRIME to the Condo and the front desk accepted it and held it till she was able to pick it up. Our last night there was cold and rainy so my husband and I stayed in and enjoyed just sitting and watching television and dinner in. Oh, how I would love to live here!! It was very comfortable & homey. The only real requirement they asked of us was to have towels all washed before we left and since the rest of our party left the night before us, I ended up stripping the beds and washing all the sheets too. My only hope is that they felt we left their home in as good of condition as they left it to us to use. Thank you Tom!! **And Toni!! Hope to see you all again soon! Hopefully next year for Bike Week!! P.S. My only advice as a word of caution would be to understand that this is a residential Condominium and they DO have rules one must adhear to, such as pool rules, dress codes, parking restrictions. People do live here. So it should be understood that just as you wouldn't want craziness next door to your home, they too wouldn't like it. With that being said...... You will absolutely love this place!!!

Beautiful Property That Will Exceed Your Expectations!!!

This property was the most beautiful and extravagant my family has ever stayed at. We stayed the week of Christmas and the property owners went all out with the decorations to the point where our jaws just dropped even before we walked into the condo. I can't say enough about how beautiful the home was decorated and the details put into making our visit so pleasurable. I would be remiss if I didn't give a big thank you to Tom and his wife for making our vacation a great one. I also want to thank Toni for the warm reception and making sure we were all set with everything we needed. Overall, we truly enjoyed everything about the property and quality of the communication throughout the entire process. We wholeheartedly recommend this property and would most certainly stay here again.

Perfect time before school start

Super Accommodations

We had a fantastic family vacation and this condo was perfect. Enjoyed having two balconies and the floor plan was perfect. TV, noise, etc did not bother anyone once they were in their bedrooms. Everything we needed was provided. In fact, this condo had the best furnished kitchen that we have ever stayed in. Loved it! Toni was remarkable in checking us in and getting us oriented. She also took the time to call in the middle of the week to see if everything was ok and if we needed anything. In fact, our grandson left his wallet. The cleaning people found it, immediately called Toni and in return she called me. An upset 15 year old is smiling today because she volunteered to mail it to us. As I said before, a beautiful week. We will definitely return.
