You'll also have access to the oceanfront fitness facility and sauna area. As a guest of Ocean Vistas, you'll have full access to the amazing oceanfront club house that is well-furnished and includes a library, eating area, plasma TV, fireplace, pool table, and an expansive space for entertaining guests or having private parties. The business center is located on the second floor and includes wireless internet access, computers, fax machines, and printers.

This impeccable, third floor, 3,000 sq. ft. condo is completely decorated and furnished with no expense spared. Enter through the double doors to the master suite and fall in love with the spacious and extravagant surroundings. Pamper yourself to a luxurious bath while watching television on the swing-mounted television located on the east vanity. The enormous walk-in shower is located just across from the private lavatory and the linen closest is fully stocked with plush towels, hand towels, and washcloths. The primary suite, living room, second guest bedroom, and third guest bedroom all have their own entrance to the sprawling balcony.

The first guest bedroom has two twin beds, a TV, and a full bathroom across the hallway. The second guest bedroom boasts a plush queen bed, an over-sized walk-in closet, and a flat panel television mounted on the wall. The spacious second bedroom is also equipped with a sleeper sofa, mounted television, and private balcony access. The second guest bedroom also contains an ensuite full bathroom with an over-sized walk-in shower and ample vanity counter space. The Third guest bedroom features a king bed, walk-in closet, TV, and private balcony access. There are also 4 additional rollaway beds in closets to accomodate another 4 guests.

The upscale, designer kitchen is fully equipped with granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and expansive cabinet space. The stylish dining room is designed to seat 6 and leads into the large entertainment area in the living room. What makes this condo so exquisite is the sprawling deck with plenty of comfortable seating, and a large grill area. Picture yourself on this gorgeous terrace surrounded by friends and family taking in the breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean while the sound of seagulls and smells of the ocean air float by.

This condo unit includes up to two vehicles maximum. Trailers and recreational vehicles are not permitted. You'll receive two parking passes and one is for your assigned garage parking space which is guaranteed. The other parking pass is for the second garage parking which has unassigned, first-come-first-serve parking and the second space is not guaranteed.

Please note that there is no grill available for this condo. The existing built-in grill is not functional. Recent fire codes do not allow us to install a new grill. There is cable to TV on the primary bedroom and living room TV only. The other TVs have Roku devices.

The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book.  After your reservation is confirmed, one of our booking agents will send over our rental agreement for you to e-sign and send back.  Unless you are booking on AirBNB, we will need a copy of your photo ID and the admin fee shown in your quote is the only fee never refundable in the event of a cancellation.  For AirBNB guests, the cancellation policy is as shown on AirBNB ad we only need a copy of your ID if your stay is 28 nights in length or longer.  If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to call.
