For your safety, do not stay here. Before traveling, I received multiple emails from non VRBO addresses with links to input my CC and passport information. I was uncomfortable because of potential scams. Then I started receiving What's app messages, which appeared to be AI generated and asked me to click another link to confirm my stay. In total, I had to put my CC information in 3 different sites. I had to put my passport information into 2 different sites. The day I arrived at the apartment was the 2nd time for the passport and 3rd for the credit card. Additionally, I had to sign a contract, which I could not translate to English. None of this was communicated in all the other prior communications I received. After traveling for a full day, and dealing with last minute details that had already been submitted was infuriating. They gave us the wrong adress to the apartment! Luckily, my sister lives nearby and was able to figure it out.There continued to be challenges with communicating with this property manager for the duration of the trip. Namely, we were locked inside 5 different times. First time for 20 minutes on our 3rd day. The property manager refused to acknowledge and only said there were no malfunctions in their system. This is the downside of an electronic system. Despite requests, no one came to check the system. Dishonest host. Do not stay here.
