"Mare Cubum" offers magnificent views of the bay from every room. There are 2 spacious bedrooms, 1 bathroom with sea view and a second toilet, a cold / warm outdoor shower, an over-complete kitchen, a modern sunny living room with fireplace and 3 spacious terraces with sea views. Each bedroom has its own furnished terrace with sunscreen. On the ground floor there is toilet / guest bathroom with washing machine and on the first floor is the bathroom with Jacuzzi and great sea views from the tub. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, hot air oven with ceramic hob, toaster, coffee maker and a modern fridge / freezer. Cubo del Mar is equipped with air conditioning, fans, satellite TV, WiFi and stereo with Aux IN .

The small private pool (4x3x1, 7 meters) is located directly on the cliff, in the garden there is a barbecue area under pine trees and a private sea access allows you to quickly get to the water or the beach. In front of the living room you have a private sun terrace and an outdoor dining table under pine trees!. Parking is available in the driveway in front of the garage. Simply put, the house is amazing! Equally, if not better, than the photos. The views are incredible! The host and local agent make life so easy in a really relaxed manner and the house is simple to find by car given the instructions provided. A very relaxed 10 minute stroll has you down to the beach with all the facilities / activities and restaurants you could need, but we found much of our time was spent relaxing by the pool and garden.

Fantastic Property!!!

We had an amazing time in Spain and it was in large part do to this fantastic property! It was everything the listing advertised and more. Florian and Juno were welcoming, helpful and quick to respond - although there wasn't much to respond to!!! From this location we made day trips to Granada, Ronda and Malega by rental car. It was a great location for exploring southern Spain and a welcome place to return at the end of our day trips. The property had everything we were looking for and the view is amazing. You won't be disappointed with this staying at this property!

A Gem on the most beautiful coast

There had a terrible storm the day before we arrived. The next day the pool and outside we cleaned up. Very fast and good service. Easy communication with Florian the owner. It was a dream to wake up every morning to the most beautiful view. We will bring our friends next time.

A great week on the Costa del Sol

Perfectly situated, unique architecture, unbeatable sea view, very good beds, good equipement (aircon really necessary!), easy car access and parking, exquiste little pool and terraces. Direct but a bit tricky access to the sea for snorkeling. Pebble beach and small supermarket 5 minutes walk away. We were very lucky to be alone on the property, so we could use the bigger pool. Very nice and helpful staff. Great for cat lovers. Good starting point for visits to Granada, Malaga, Frigliana…. Ronda is a 2h drive. Got there early and combined with fantastic caminito del rey. We saw pilot whales from the terrace!

We spent a month with our 6 months old baby at Cubo del mar and it was just as amazing as the pictures! Peaceful bay and incredible location with good access to services, beaches and mountains. Accommodating for a baby (crib, high chair, small bath), but outdoor area may not be safe for toddlers. Great recommendations from the host for activities and restaurants, thanks Florian! Very responsive whenever there were questions and demands. We really have to think hard to find things that could be improved. There were annoying wild cats looking for food on the terrace. Overall, we strongly recommend this house!

$10 Million view

The view from this house was beyond words. I am still dreaming about it. The terrace was beautiful, the pool was perfect for a dip and my children loved it (it was a bit hard to get into and out of). I would also warn that the railings are minimal, and this terrace would be a danger for young kids or unstable old people. However, the trade off was uncompromised views, and that's what we were there for. The walk to town and the beach was easy - watch out for cars and motorcycles. There is no air conditioning on the ground floor, but the upstairs bedrooms were very well cooled, as was the hallway. Maybe an additional fan would help cool the ground floor if someone is picky about it. We got used to it. The bathroom on the second floor is enormous and also has stunning views, huge shower and jacuzzi tub. Decor was balinese/beachy/ikea and modern. The windows were walls of glass overlooking the sea from all directions. The kitchen is very well equipped and we made some of our favorite dinners in Spain at this home. There are some good butchers in the town. The property manager Jono was absolutely lovely to deal with. If we ever come back to Spain - this would be our only stop!

Wir haben 3 fantastische Wochen in der Villa Cubo verbracht und wollten eigentlich gar nicht wieder ausziehen. Ein wunderschönes Haus in perfekter Lage über der Bucht. Einrichtung, Ausstattung, Aufteilung, Terrasse, Pool, alles passt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.Jono hat sich super um alles gekümmert.

Haus in außergewöhnlicher Lage

Wir haben uns im Cubo del Mar sehr wohlgefühlt und das Service von Jono und seinem Team war sehr gut. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und wir haben des öfteren gekocht. Die Aussicht vom Haus und den Terrassen auf das Meer und die Bucht La Herradura ist grandios! Durch die verschiedenen Ebenen und Stufen muss man seine Schritte achtsam setzen. Wir können das Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.-

Genialer Ort

Von der ersten bis zur letzten Minute haben wir den Aufenthalt in den 4 Wochen unseres Aufenthalts sehr genossen. Die Lage des Hauses auf einem Felsen oberhalb des Meeres ist spektakulär. Was aber auch bedingt, dass man Kinder nicht unbeaufsichtigt lassen sollte, wegen Absturzgefahr. Einen Staubsauger hätten wir uns allerdings gewünscht und die Ausstattung der Betten sollte bei dem Preisniveau erneut werden. Alle Mitarbeiter waren top und auch die Kommunikation mit Herrn Lechner war hervorragend. Einem erneuten Aufenthalt steht nichts im Wege.

Traumurlaub

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit im Cubo del Mar. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und es wurde an alles gedacht. Es gibt mehr als in üblichen Ferienwohnungen, eine super eingerichtete Küche, einen Grill, Sonnenschirme und vieles, vieles mehr. Die Betten sind total bequem. Die Ansprechpartner vor Ort sind super nett und für alle Fragen sofort erreichbar. Das tollste an dem Haus ist der Wahnsinnsblick auf das Meer, von wirklich jedem Zimmer aus. Es ist noch schöner als auf den Fotos!!! Wir sind uns einig: wir kommen wieder :))

Wunderbares Refugium !

Der Urlaub ließ keine Wünsche offen. die Unterkunft war noch spektakulärer als gedacht!Die Betreuung vor Ort war sehr aufmerksam und reagierte sofort, als es ein kleines elektrisches Problem gab. Wilde Berziegen kamen zu Besuch, kleine Kätzchen und das alles vor berauschender Kulisse.Wir werden gerne wiederkommen!

Read the small print

Location, location, location. Lovely house with a spectacular view. Hearing the waves lap against the store as u sleep or wake up is fantastic. However, the advert states the Cubo has one private pool and shares the large pool. Sounds good, no? When we arrived at the property there is a notice that advises that the large pool is "exclusively" for the Flow guests....unless you negotiate with the other guests. Suggestion: just say it has one pool and avoid the disappointment we felt for future guests. The only other drawback is that the 2 houses are so close together is that there is little privacy. We were there for almost 6 weeks, with 5 different types of neighbours. All in all, we had a good time.

Super Unterkunft in super Lage

Sehr gepflegte Anlage mit großzügigen Außenflächen. Geräumiges, 2 geschossiges Haus in Einzellage mit sehr guter Raumaufteilung und üppiger Ausstattung. Für den Zugang zum Meer sind Badeschuhe sinnvoll.
