A beautiful bright and comfortable apartment, right on the beach of Playa Velilla / Playa Tesorillo, with one bedroom, large double bed, mirrored wardrobe, kitchen completely furnished and newly renovated, bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine, large bright living room with 2 sofas, including one Sofa bed, TV chair, dining area, large TV with satellite TV, also Spanish and English channels, balcony with stunning sea views, table and chairs. Air conditioning / heating and WiFi internet! Sheets, towels and electricity consumption included. Self Catering, many restaurants nearby, the bottom of the house is a small supermarket. Other shops in the city, romantic sunrises, the apartment is in building 'Elomar' directly at Playa Velilla and Playa Tesorillo beach. Playa Tesorillo is to reach a sandy beach and one of the most beautiful beaches of Almuñecar and in a few steps. You leave the house and just across the street and standing on the beach! The beach is clean and well maintained, there are all 100 meters a shower; Toilets, children's playground and fitness equipment.

The exposed location of this beautiful apartment, allows an incomparable panoramic view over the sea. You have a romantic and spectacular sunrises. Look forward to generously equipped and comfortably furnished apartments on the beach front! Here you can relax! Apartment, self-catering, romantic, accommodation for all seasons. Shops on the beach road or in the city center, the major supermarkets and Mercadona Liedl and Frischmakthalle, here you will find wide selection of restaurants, night live, discos, bars, spa and fitness center, cinema and cultural center and of course shopping! Before the house is a bus stop for the city bus takes you to downtown.

Perfect location

Leoni's apartment is directly across the road from the beach and is an easy walk to many restaurants and bars. There was some confusion about a parking spot as I had specified in my emails that I wanted a secure parking space. However, on arrival I was told that I hadn't paid for it and that there were no spaces in the building. As it turned out, there was plenty of free parking on the street at that time of year. Apparently secure parking is available at an additional cost in a nearby garage. The apartment is very comfortable but is very cluttered with personal belongings. All possible amenities are provided.

Emplacement de rêve

Très bon accueil et merci pour la place de parking que Léoni nous a trouvé. Une vue superbe, un paséo au pied de l'immeuble par lequel on peut rejoindre en 40 min à pied le centre d'Almuñecar qui vaut la peine d'être visité. Pour ceux qui veulent visiter les villages blancs tout est accessible (Frigiliana, Nerja..) sans oublier ceux de l'Alpujarra (Pampaneira à ne pas manquer) . Enfin une petite journée à Fort Bravo pour se replonger dans les Westerns d'antan. Malagà mérite d'être visitée mais en dessous de Séville et de Grenade. Bref un bel emplacement pour visiter cette partie de l'Andalousie. Appartement très agréable et fontionnel pour 2. Nous avons pris tous nos repas sur le balcon.

Meerblick und ruhige Lage gepaart mit schönen Ausstattung

Meerblick und dennoch eine ruhige Lage gepaart mit einer schönen Ausstattung und in Autobahnnähe. Diese Punkte überzeugten uns bei der Buchung und haben uns nicht enttäuscht. In der Osterwoche durften wir aufgrund der zeitlich begrenzten Parkraumbeschränkung nicht direkt an der Strandstraße parken. Dennoch fanden wir immer im Umkreis von max. 8 Gehminuten einen Parkplatz. Uns überraschte, dass wir trotz des 10. OGs das Meeresrauschen hören konnten. Obwohl das Schlafzimmer nur ein Fenster zum natürlich belüfteten Hausflur hat, war dies kein Problem. Die Belüftung des Zimmers am Morgen funktionierte sehr gut über das Fenster sowie den Deckenventilator. Auch der nahe Fahrstuhl störte uns nachts nicht. Die Matratze empfanden wir als zu weich. Sobald sich einer etwas schwungvoller umdrehte, wurde der Bettpartner durchgeschüttelt. Das Haus und die Wohnung waren sauber. Die Vermieterin ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Fast täglich haben wir uns – immer an der Strandpromenade entlang - zur ca. 1km entfernten Heladeria aufgemacht und dort unsere Tagesausflüge mit Kaffee und einem leckeren Eis ausklingen lassen. Das Zentrum von Almuñeca ist ca. 3km entfernt und kann ebenfalls gut zu Fuß und zumeist mit Meerblick erreicht werden.

Very convenient for the very pleasant beach which was literally across the road. The main town was a 10 euro taxi trip away, which provided more choice of restaurants.

Just had a wonderful 7 night stay in wonderful Almunecar in this lovely Apt. Found thus to be the most unspoilt location we have stayed in spain...stunning location right on the sea front....would highly recommend thus little gem...thank u again to our lovely host for all ur help & advice....couldnt have been more helpful with maps & recommendations so many gorgeous restaurants to try spoilt for choice ...highly recommended x

Das Rauschen des Meeres begleitet in den Schlaf. Strandrollstuhl für Behinderte ist nur zwei Bushaltestellen entfernt. Alte und junge Spanier machen zusammen Urlaub. Wenig deutsche Touristen. Kein Schicki-Micki Publikum. Interessante Shoppingmöglichen in der Innenstadt von Almunecar. Viele römische Ruinen.

Knus appartement, uitstekende ligging, ook wat minpuntjes

Appartement is knus en uitstekend gelegen: vlak aan zee, prachtig uitzicht en het balkon heeft de hele dag zon. Het heeft ook een uitgebreide (keuken)inventaris: allerlei spullen voor een comfortabel verblijf zijn in de vele kasten en laadjes te vinden. Het gebouw is inmiddels zo'n 30 jaar oud, en vooral de badkamer is aan een opknapbeurt toe. De voegen tussen de tegels en kitranden van de douchecabine zijn door schimmel aangetast, de vouwdeur is gammel en niet meer schoon te krijgen en eigenlijk zijn ook de afmetingen van de douchecabine niet meer van deze tijd (te klein dus). Minpunt is ook de kwaliteit van het beddengoed en handdoekenpakket. Op zich wel schoon, maar door het vele gebruik heel dun geworden en niet lekker fris meer. Maar de pluspunten zijn groter dan de minpunten. Tel daar de hartelijke ontvangst (met welkomst-wijntje) bij op, dan is de conclusie dat het appartement behoorlijk waar voor z'n geld biedt.

Tolle Wohnung mit traumhaften Meerblick

Herrlicher Urlaub in einer wunderschönen Wohnung. Der Ausblick war unbezahlbar. Strand gleich gegenüber. Ringsherum alles vorhanden: Supermarkt, Restaurants, Chiringitos (kleine Strandrestaurants). Die Wohnung selbst hervorragend. Super eingerichtet, gepflegt alle notwendigen Küchenutensilien vorhanden. Die Vermieter super nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Fehlender 5. Stern in unserer Bewertung, das Schlafzimmerfenster geht auf den Flur und der Aufzug ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. In der Nachsaison sicher nicht so wichtig, im Hochsommer etwas nervig. Passt man sich dem Leben in Spanien an, kein Problem. Absolut empfehlenswert!!!

Geweldig appartement!

Een appartement waar we ons dit weekje direct thuis voelden. Een koud biertje en een flesje water als welkom. Heerlijk! Een complete keuken, schoon, prima bedden. Bovendien stond er al van alles in de keukenkastjes. Ook een parasol, strandmatjes, zonnebrandcreme, wasmiddel... het was er gewoon allemaal! Wij konden onze huurauto prima op straat voor Elomar parkeren. Dit zal in de zomer ongetwijfeld anders zijn. Leoni had alles keurig voor ons klaargelegd en informatie achtergelaten, ze was telefonisch bereikbaar. De omgeving is prachtig: Nerja, het prachtige witte stadje met de mooie grotten, Granada met het Alhambra (waarvoor je wel van tevoren kaarten moet reserveren via internet),Sierra Nevada, waar het compleet wintersport was, Antequera met de geweldige rotsformaties, het mini Hollywood in het woestijngebied achter Almeria en dan natuurlijk het prachtige strand voor het huis met geweldig uitzicht. Helemaal top! En voor erg lekker en niet te duur eten: ga naar Rincon! Het weekje in Elomar was eigenlijk te kort.

Super Wohnung 20 Meter vom Strand.

Von außen ist der Wohnblock nicht gerade hübsch. Davon aber nicht irritieren lassen. Die Wohnung ist Top von der Lage und Ausstattung, wenn man Strand und Ruhe sucht. Einige Restaurants und Läden sind im Umkreis von 5 Minuten zu finden. Es gibt einen Fahrstuhl. Ideal für Gleitschirmflieger, da der Landeplatz direkt vor der Tür ist. Einziger Nachteil ist, dass das Zentrum von Almunecar 2.5km entfernt ist. Also etwa 25 Minuten am Strand entlang. Nachtleben ist in der Gegend eher nicht zu erwarten.

unschlagbarer Meerseblick

Wir habe die Wohnung bewusst ausgewählt, da alle bei der Bewertung so geschwärmt haben ...und es ist genau so schön wie beschrieben! Man kann genauso vom Balkon das Meer ansehen und wir hatten sogar Glück auch noch Delfine beobachten zu können...was will man mehr?!? Es gibt genügend Restaurant in der Nähe. Besonders gut, gleich unten ist ein kleiner Laden der täglich frisches Baguette u.ä. im Angebot hat . Ein Auto ist angebracht, damit man auch mal die Umgebung kennen lernen kann.Die Vermieter sind sehr, sehr nett und geben auch gern Auskunft und Ratschläge, was man noch so unternehmen kann. Wir können diese Unterkunft auch gern weiterempfehlen.
