Overlooking the sea and the islands of Fuerteventura and Lobos, Ananda Home is ideally located: 15 minutes on foot (3 minutes by car) to Playa Flamingo and 30 minutes on foot (6 minutes by car) to the centre of Playa Blanca.

Nestled in one of the best locations on the island in the peaceful community Los Claveles, this property offers the ideal setting to disconnect, relax and enjoy the island's brilliant sunshine. Ananda Home has everything you need for an unforgettable holiday:

With 3 beautiful bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, 2 of it ensuite, the villa can comfortably accommodate 6 guests.

Ananda Home is in a very quiet and residential area so we do not allow parties that cause excessive noise. We prefer guests who are respectful of their surroundings and of our villa. To keep the CO2 footprint as low as possible, we have installed a photovoltaic system and a water filter for drinking water to avoid plastic waste.

Cleaning services are provided with the villa fully prepared upon arrival and cleaned after departure. For stays of 10 to 14nights, mid-stay cleaning and a linen and towel change are included. All bath, hand, and pool/beach towels are provided for guests' convenience.

Price Information and Additional Costs:
The rental price is based on up to 4 people sharing the villa, with a supplement charged for additional guests. The first child under the age of 2 years stays free of charge. Cots and high chairs are available for 20EUR per week, per item. A refundable security deposit may be required at the time of booking.

A minimum stay of 6 nights applies, but pricing inquiries for stays shorter than this can be accommodated upon request.

We spent a week in the beautiful villa as a family of 5 with 2 kids. Everything was perfect. The indoor and outdoor space flowed beautifully. Brilliantly furnished and appointed - you couldn't ask for more. The pool was gorgeous and the hot tub a nice addition. Andreas was so helpful in booking. I would not hesitate in recommending this villa. 5 stars all round!

Fabulous villa that has all the essentials for a great family holiday.Spent most of our time enjoying the outdoor space - who wouldn’t with the amazing views of the sea across to Fuerteventura and Montana Roja in the background. The pool, hot tub, outdoor fridge, BBQ and Bluetooth speakers provide the other essentials for a great day soaking up the sun.Second time we’ve stayed here and really hoping it’s not the last.Excellent communication with the owner and helpful local management team in Lanzarote as and when we needed them.

Lovely villa in great location

The villa was perfect for our needs. It is located in a quiet part of Playa Blanca but only a 25 mins walk of the beach and restaurants at Playa Flamingo. It's an easy walk which we did numerous times and usually got a taxi back later in evening (5 euros).The villa was spotless on arrival and contained everything we needed. On the one occasion we did need to contact the local team, they were very responsive and got back to us immediately. The pool area is lovely with views of the sea and Montana Roja.Would highly recommend.

A lovely very well equipped villa in a quiet area of Playa Blanca but within an easy half an hour stroll to the centre for the beach and restaurants. The villa was ideal for two sets of friends with the two en suite bedrooms (very good mattresses!) nicely separated. It has a superb outdoor terrace with good sunbeds.and a great view over to Fuerteventura.Just a lovely place 'to be'.......with a very responsive and friendly host.

We loved this villa! We have stayed in lots of different villas in Playa Blanca and this is one of the best. It is obvious from when you first enter that the owners take great pride in their villa. It’s a clean, well thought out, comfortable space with everything you need. We loved the pool area with plenty of outside seating with great views to Fuertaventura. This was a family holiday of 4 generations and the villa suited us all, from great-granny in her 80s, to our 1 year old grand daughter. It was perfect having 3 bedrooms, all with their own good quality bathrooms with walk in showers and air con in each room. There was plenty of room in the main double bedroom to fit a travel cot for our 1 year old granddaughter and it was a bonus that everything was on 1 level. Thank you to the host Andreas, and also Mandy their on site contact who was friendly and helpful - even the guy who came and did the pool and hot tub was great.Thanks for a great stay.

What a amazing villa. Great Location, excellent amenities (the hot tub was fab) and beautifully furnished throughout. It was a home from home and we loved it so much we didn't want to leave. Communication with the host was excellent, the welcome booklet sent prior to arrival covered everything. Can't wait to book Ananda Home again next year.Thank you.

Schöne, gepflegte Villa mit toller Aussicht

Wir haben bereits unseren zweiten Aufenthalt in der Villa genossen. Die Villa ist sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Alle Schlafzimmer sind mit Klimageräten ausgestattet, die sowohl kühlen, als auch heizen können. Die Lage des Hauses ermöglicht einem einen wunderbaren Blick sowohl auf das Meer, als auch auf die Berge. Die Außenanlagen mit Pool und Whirlpool sind klasse und sind sehr großzügig. Das lokale Team mit John und Mandy ist top. Der Kontakt zum Eigentümer ist sehr leicht und ausgesprochen freundlich. Wir können die Villa sehr empfehlen.

We are a couple from Vienna/Austria and fell in love with Playa Blanca / Lanzarote while looking for a place with a pleasant climate. Nevertheless, we also want to spend a lot of time in our home country and it is important to us to share this luxury of a house in Playa Blanca.

Why they chose this property

Before buying our first house, Villa Candela, we spent 3 holidays in rented villas and on the first two holidays all the houses in the area were completely the same. It wasn't until our third holiday that we found Los Claveles, an area with individual villas and plots. It is also a quiet and well-located area and therefore our first choice for Villa Candela. We sold it in 2023 because we longed for a direct view of the sea, which has now been fulfilled with Ananda home.

What makes this property unique

The wonderful real sea view, the sheltered barbecue area where you can eat and relax in almost any weather, the clever architecture on one level in a quiet area with individual villas.
