Lovely Villa Margarita, Peaceful, Private Pool, 20min Walk to All Amenities

Extensively refurbished and continually updated, Villa Margarita is the perfect villa for your holiday, with a fabulous private and peaceful outdoor area, private heated swimming pool, situated in the highly desirable Costa Papagayo residential area of Playa Blanca, 20 mins walking to all amenities. VV licensed the villa is professionally managed.

Very light and spacious throughout, the villa is tastefully decorated in a contemporary style. Relax in the large living room which has plenty of seating areas, a conservatory overlooking the pool with full room width glass patio doors, and air conditioning.

Enjoy swimming in the large private heated swimming pool (7m x4m) and sunbathe on the very private and fabulously spacious non slip patio which attracts the sun all day long. Dine al fresco on the terrace under the shade of a large covered pergola with super comfy patio dining furniture, or BBQ on the Canarian BBQ. Enjoy cocktails seated at the wine barrel whilst admiring the beautiful sunsets and views of the Femes mountains turning red. The pool is heated free of charge between 1 November and 30 April. It can be heated at other times for a small fee.

There are three double bedrooms and three bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms are en suite. The master bedroom has a king size bed and ensuite bathroom with bath and overhead shower. The second ensuite bedroom has twin beds and a large walk in shower. The third bedroom has twin beds and a separate bathroom with shower. All bedrooms have comfortable mattresses, black-out curtains and fans to ensure a good night’s sleep.

The kitchen is very well equipped for a self catering holiday and there is a separate dining room with patio doors leading to the terrace. There is acseparate utility room with washer and dishwasher.

Other facilities: Smart TV with all UK, Netflix, Sky, Sports, Films, Children and Music channels, free speedy fibre optic wifi, and air conditioning in the living area.

A 20 minute stroll from the Villa along flat well-lit pavements brings you to the promenade, and directly onto the beautiful golden sands of Playa Dorada beach where there are water sports, beach bars, bars and restaurants. A further 10 minute stroll along the promenade brings you to the upmarket Marina Rubicon with designer shops, gourmet restaurants, trendy lounge bars, tapas bars, and bars with live music. A market is held every Wednesday and Saturday. A 5-10 minute stroll in the other direction from Playa Dorada beach brings you to the vibrant town and port with its many bars, restaurants and shops. The 10k promenade runs the whole length of the resort and is an easy flat walk. Taxis are always available and cost approx €4 from the villa to town or Marina Rubicon. The nearest supermarket, Aldi, is a 5 minute walk from the villa.

There are many things to do in Playa Blanca such as walking, hiking, golf, cycling (cheap cycle hire), swimming, water sports, Aqua Park, snorkelling, scuba diving, the only under-water statue museum in Europe, motor boat, catamaran or sailing boat trips. There are lots of festivals, fiestas and sporting events including Lanzarote Iron Man.

There are many places to visit, you can drive or walk to the famous beautiful natural Costa Papagayo beaches, walk up the volcano with fantastic views, take a day trip to the stunning Jameos Del Aqua Caves, have lunch in the mountain at Femmes with great views over the resort, or at El Golfo famous for its fish restaurants on the beach, or take a vineyard tour with wine and cheese tastings.

The villa is approximately 30 minutes from Arrecife airport.

A weekly clean and change of bed linen and towels is provided. Additional cleans and change of bed linen and towels can be arranged at an additional cost.

20% deposit (plus owners direct service fee) non refundable initial payment to secure booking, remaining balance due 60 days before check in.

If booking is cancelled 60 days or more before check in 100% refund (excluding 20% non refundable booking deposit). If booking is cancelled less than 60 days before check in 50% refund (excluding 20% non refundable booking deposit).
