Lovely apartment in a good location overlooking beautifully kept gardens. The apartment had everything we needed. Pool area was excellent. Couple of small supermarkets about 5 minutes walk away, as well as several restaurants down by the sea.

The apartment was very clean… some of the electrical sockets and light switches could do with attention also the size of the table on the balcony is way to big and because of this not easy to dry your washing …Good supermarkets nearby, the apartment is in a nice position if you have any walking difficulties there are lots of steps…Brilliant communicators will Antonio from Borzaholidays nothing was to much trouble for him he was always very helpful…..

We had a really good stay. Great communication throughout. The pool area is very good. The apartment is spacious. The balcony did not get sun apart from late afternoon in November. We are fairly fit and there are lots of steps. Recommended. A good value place to stay with several restaurants and supermarkets nearby.

Happy Holiday

Excellent property and had an excellent time. Loved the aspect especially at sunset. Complex is excellent only caveat is for those who have mobility difficulties as there are lots of staurs - can get roundvif smart as plenty of lifts. Overall a very happy holiday in a lovely property

2nd stay in this property - totally loved it as previous stay - easy to relax in well kept property - only 2 small issues is the TV which we couldnt get to work (no real biggie as we dont holiday for the tv) and last time the fobs did every gate etc this tine it opened some and not others. Moreva resort issue

Having booked and stayed in this property twice before i duly booked this for my wife and her twin sisters 60th birthday getaway. I also booked it for a 3-week stay in January 2027. However, firstly there was a no-show by the host Antonio to greet them. Upon entering the property they went to put the clothes into the storage only to find the doors not working. following several texts to the host which mostly consisted of his trying to blame them for the problem, he, finally/reluctantly, confirmed he would attend at 18:00hrs. Having returned from the pool early to meet with him and waited for him to attend as arranged, he was a no show. However, he then attended after they went for dinner and basically removed the door, not fixed it. Other issues over the piece with lack of being clean, broken items etc. but mainly the hosts attitude left a very bad taste and basically spoiled the holiday for my wife and her sister. Such was the enormous dissatisfaction with the service from the host and property condition we had no appetite to continue with the booking for January 2027 and proceeded to cancel. We fully expected to receive the "50% refund for cancellations requested by 6 Dec 2026 at 11:59pm" as advertised on site. The host advised that no refund would be forthcoming. I made a number of calls to VRBO having firstly being advised that i would receive the refund then was then advised, as i was only the 50% deposit i would receive zero therefore the refund note is misleading
