The house has two lovely bedrooms, a large living room with a double sofa bed, a spacious and comfortable veranda, a well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom with tub / shower and bidet, a laundry area and satellite TV with English and Spanish channels. Italian.
The complex has 3 community pools, a tennis court and a children's playground. Free reserved parking space.

Strategic starting point to visit the island, also appreciated for its proximity to the most famous golf courses.

Great apartment & location

We have just returned from a long stay in this apartment & had a great time. The apartment was spotless and very well equipped which enabled us to treat this as a home from home. It is in a very good location close to bars, restaurants and bus stops. Communication with owner was great. We would definitely stay here again.

The apartment is well situated but peaceful. Everything you need was there (except cushions on the sofa - bit bare) check in was great Julio was very helpful. Yes I would highly recommend the apartment. Vey comfortable and relaxing.

Lovely Apartment

The apartment was lovely and big enough for us both, well equipped kitchen. My only complaint was the memory foam mattress very uncomfortable., but that’s just my personal preference. Good communication by Sylvia and Julio was there to greet us. Lovely clean complex, not just holiday makers but residential also. Had no complaints was lovely and quiet.

Paikka oli siisti, ihanan hiljainen ja sängyt hyvät. Jos kaipaat rauhallista majoittautumista niin tämä se on. Huoneisto kokonaisuudessaan erinomainen kaikkine tarpeineen ja valoisuuden tuntuineen. Saavuimme melko myöhään ja silti meitä oli Julio vastassa avuliaana auttamaan. Hän on itse avuliaisuus ja ystävällisyys, Kiitos siitä! Häneltä myös saa hyvät neuvot ja avun tarpeen tullessa. Paikka on hiukan syrjässä turisti vilskeestä, mutta linja-autolla pääsi helposti ja huokeasti liikkumaan kun autoa emme vuokranneet tällä kertaa. Myös marketti ja ihan hyvät ruokapaikat löytyivät läheltä. Voisimme toistekin yöpyä matkalla mummolaan toiselle saarelle tässä huoneistossa.

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub

Die Wohnung und auch die Wohnanlage halten was sie versprechen. Gut ausgestattet und in ruhiger Lage. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin und ihrem Verwalter vor Ort waren schnell und einfach. Vielen Dank für zwei herrliche Wochen auf Teneriffa!

Accueil chaleureux et professionnel . Appartement très soigné, fonctionnel , complet avec climatisation et belle terrasse ensoleillée l'après midi. Parking privatif appréciable ! Dans un complexe ( piscines ,terrain de tennis, etc..) très propre. Endroit calme et à 15 minutes ( en voiture ) du centre de Las Américas . Voiture conseiller. En résumé : excellent compromis qualité / prix ! À retenir.
