The unit was very comfortable and clean. Given the weather, I particularly enjoyed the fireplace! Kate was very responsive, making check in and out easy. Very convenient location, with lots of things to do nearby. I would definitely stay here again !

Plenty of linens! Wish there was a ceiling fan in the 2nd bedroom, and maybe a regular size tv in the master. Other than the toilet paper being 1-ply, (we ended up buying our own), it was overall really great for what our family needed!

Comfortable and Convenient

We stayed for 11 nights in this comfortable home in the middle of Lone Tree. Everything is close by, including Park Meadows Mall, shops, restaurants and Sky Ridge Medical Center. There are numerous parks and green areas for walking, and we always felt safe at night. In addition, the unit is well furnished, and quiet. The owner was very responsive, and we appreciated the snacks and water provided on our arrival. We would certainly stay here again on returning to the Denver area.

Great Location, Very Nice Place

We needed a place to stay so we could visit family in the area. The place worked out beautifully. Clean, spacious, equipped almost everything we needed. Beds were comfortable as was the sofa and chair. All the appliances worked as expected. The location was great, 20 to thirty minutes from downtown Denver and a little bit longer to get to the mountains. We were very happy with the entire place and will consider staying again as we will be visiting family again. The one major problem we had was initially finding the unit. This was not the proprietor’s fault, she has extensive and detailed instructions as to how to get to it. We just missed the correct door after traveling all day. The one very minor ding is, there was no bread bored to cut fresh fruits and veggies. All consider, we had an excellent stay and would recommend the residence.

We felt very comfortable and at home. This place has everything you’ll need and many places near by for things you might want. The surrounding area, for a walk, is very beautiful. We were in CO to Skate, but this apartment gave easy access to Downtown Denver, the mountains and any kind of restaurant you wanted to eat at. The Host was very responsive and helpful. Good beds and plenty of room to hang out in the living room.

Clean, Comfortable Stay

Clean, quiet, comfortable, nicely-decorated, and in a secure building (friendly people) with parking. Everything worked, including a well-stocked kitchen for preparing meals. Great water pressure and hot water. Has a small, but well-equipped fitness center that my husband used. Took advantage of the wonderful outdoor spaces to spend quiet time reading - a nice balcony and a large patio area, both facing west with a mountain view. It also has a nice grill/eating area. Close location to the light rail (just down the street) and a pretty walkable area. We walked to the Park Meadows mall and around the safe neighborhood (more friendly people) where we checked out a couple of good restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it!
