Nice place, met all of our needs. Small but worked well for two people. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean. Only drawback was getting there with luggage. But once there the location was perfect.

The apartment was a bit hard to find but well worth the search. Everything was in order and very Quiet area just off the beaten path. Lots of stairs as is the norm everywhere in the Cinque Terra! Ate well and lost 6 lbs!

The property is in the central part of Vernazza. It was exactly what we needed. There was a comfortable couch, a well appointed bedroom and a kitchen with all that was needed. A breeze coming through the windows was a perfect air conditioner. If we ever return- we would select this place again!

Communication by text was a continual struggle as their documents are in Italian and the US translator does not translate their full communication text. Directions to find the place took a while. The room is 100 stairs up from the main street. Quiet and clean, air conditioning worked great.Minimal bathroom amenities. Wash machine was a bonus. There is an English speaking person if you call during office hours

The property was small but perfect for my son and me. He’s very tall and took the bed and I used the pull out sofa bed. Very close to the train stop and also very close to walk to all the shops and restaurants in Vernazza. The host provides photos of how to make your way from the train stop which was very helpful. Staying there makes you feel like you live in this quaint Italian village. Would recommend!

The place itself was great, lots of stairs, but we expected that. My biggest complaint was the lack of responsiveness from the management company. We left several messages requesting call backs and never got a single call back. The process was more difficult than it should have been!
