Kamari Villa-F w/Private Pool & Jacuzzi

This villa is part of the Kamari Village group. Individually owned villas, situated on the South-West coast of the island of Naxos, 17kms from town, on a secluded hillside overlooking the sea and the island of Paros.

Comfortable and private.
It is ideal for couples and for families.
WIFI access.
Wonderful views & a ten minutes walk to some of the best sandy beaches in the island. Spectacular sunsets over the island of Paros.

This villa is one of four detached villas, which are built in a half circle, so that each villa has a front-row position and commands a clear view to the sea.
The villa is a one-storey building with dome, white washed walls and blue shutters.
It has 2 bedrooms, one double (queen size bed) and one twin (2 single beds that can be pushed together to make a queen size bed).
Both bedrooms have air conditioning & ceiling fans.
Hair dryer in each bedroom.
Shower/WC

Open plan living/dinning/kitchen.
The kitchen is fully equipped: full size oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, electric kettle & coffee machine.
Separate utility room with: washing machine, clothes dryer, iron & ironing board.

The living room opens to the swimming pool (8m x 3m), an outdoor spa/Whirlpool that seats 4, and a sitting area with sun beds, built-in sofas and pergolas.
Off the sitting area to one side, is a built-in Bar-B-Q.

Roof top terrace for star watching. Wonderful views to the sea.
*New in 2025: Greek accommodation tax of 8€ per night must be collected in cash upon check in. Subject to any changes in Greek law.

Minimum rental period is one week.
Check in 15:00, check out 11:00.
Capacity: 2-4 persons.
Cleaning every 7 days.
Car rental is essential!!
*Please note that motorbikes/ATV-type vehicles are not permitted at Kamari village to keep the peaceful, quiet atmosphere our guests expect.

Inoubliable coucher de soleil sur Paros

Accueil très chaleureux. Terrasse, piscine et jacuzzi hyper agréable. Vue magnifique. Voisins très respectueux. Personnel poli et discret. Proche de tous types de plage, de la petite crique à la belle et longue plage de Kastraki à quelques minutes de la maison. Maison neuve très fonctionnelle et bien équipée. Les murs en matériaux modernes permettent de belles formes architecturales mais conservent moins bien la fraîcheur. Nous sommes bien motivés pour revenir. Cordialement Guillaume Rozé

Notre séjour était super et très réussi.

Notre hôte était très attentif, très gentil, très accueillant et de très bons conseils. La maison correspond exactement à la description et parfaitement située géographiquement, elle est très agréable à vivre avec une magnifique vue sur la mer. Tout était parfait et nous recommandons vivement Kamari village.

Parfait - sejour familial

Nous avons passé une semaine parfaite - la maison est très bien placée et surtout, hyper calme ! malgré des voisins dans les maisons alentours, il y a en fait très peu de vis à vis et aucun bruit, c'est rare. de magnifiques plages/criques sont située à la pointe , loin de l'agitation de la capitale... pensez masques et tuba ! on a vu poulpes, seiches, et poissons de toutes sortes. Peu de vestiges , il faut plutôt prévoir baignade et farniente ( il fait chaud pour marcher) - la piscine est hyper agréable, la maison très bien équipée et propre Un grand merci à Barbara qui nous a très gentiment accueillis.
