Great Home for a family getaway

We were in town for my sons Baseball tournament, this was a nice home to kickback and relax after a long day at the ballpark, the kids loved the community pool and hot tub.

This is our second stay at a location in Paradise Village and the pools are a wonderful perk. The kids loved the pools so close to the condo. It is a great location with beautiful, scenic views.

The house was nice and clean. Exactly as described. There were a few minor things that caused issues, like the Wi-Fi was probably the worst Wi-Fi that I have used in recent memory. It would cut out repeatedly and was ridiculously slow. There was also no garage door opener so we had to keep getting out of our car and running and closing the garage door. Every time we came and went, which is not a big deal, but would be helpful to have one.

Family fun for all ages.

Very roomy with plenty of bathrooms (much needed with our girls only getaway!). Kitchen well stocked with cooking supplies and appliances. The whole place could have used a good dusting before we came, but otherwise it appeared clean. Beds were quite comfortable and there were more than enough linens for bedrooms and towels for each bathroom.

This place deserves a 15 on a scale from 1 to 10 for location and luxury! This beautiful home had everything I needed, proximity to beautiful national parks, amazing state parks, hiking trails, biking trails, wonderful restaurants, shopping, and local sites. I can’t say enough about the views from the comfy balcony. The house was amazingly furnished and had plenty of sleeping options in very comfortable beds and very, very helpful hosts!

Perfect Family Getaway

Santa Clara was an amazing place to stay for our family vacation. We had travelers ranging in age from 9 to 82. This was our first time to Utah, and Paradise Village had something for everyone: great pools, nearby parks, high-end grocery nearby, plus a short distance to nearby National and State Parks. We hiked Zion, Bryce, Snow Canyon and Red Cliffs during our stay. The property itself was impeccable. We had 10 stay (7 adults, 3 kids) and there was more than enough space. Every bedroom has its own private bathroom and shower- a true luxury! The upper patio was a great evening hangout for us. The only feedback I would give to make renting even easier for guests is to remove the steps of needing to sign an additional rental agreement AND download an additional app in order to access the check-in info.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was great not to far from where we wanted to go. Swimming pools were crowded but the kids still loved it! Definitely think this unit needs a golf cart to drive to the water park pool especially when you have tired kids but the walk isn’t bad at all. We loved the whole layout of this condo and the fact that everyone had their own bathrooms!! Our only complaints were the floors were dirty and after walking around for 5-10min all of our feet were black. We had to go buy socks to wear around the house. The other issue we had was downstairs the carpet tacks stuck out and were super painful to step on when walking from the tile onto the carpet. Wasn’t in certain areas it was all along where the carpet met the tile. We had tears everyday from the kids stepping on them. Ended up having to keep shoes on the kids while we were downstairs. I do think the condo needs to have plastic kids cups and bowls. Everything is glass.

Awesome but one complaint

This was a absolutely amazing and clean stay, my only complaint would be the notes next to the thermostat saying we can’t turn the thermostat lower than 71 degrees “or else the pipes will freeze and fixing is at the renters expense.” We had all ceiling fans on at night and still got hot. I think the rule (threat) was kind of rude to the renters/tenants…. Because why can’t we be comfortable at the temperature we like? Because they don’t want their bill to go up? Other then that I have no complaints, beautiful and clean place.
