Enjoyed our stay in Alcudia at Diana Villa.

Enjoyed our stay in Alcudia at Diana Villa. While we had some teething issues in the form of water pressure in the bathrooms, the stay was otherwise a good one. Very close to the beach, restaurants, bus stops, and other attractions. Thank you for hosting us!

We had a wonderful three-week stay

We had a wonderful three-week stay at this flat over the summer. The house is attractive, comfortable, and well equipped, and it worked out very well for our family and kids. The location is very convenient — close to the beach, grocery stores, and other nearby amenities — and having plenty of easy street parking around was very convenient as well. The house had everything we needed for a longer stay and feel like we could have stayed all summer. The hosts were responsive and helpful whenever we had questions, and communication throughout the stay was straightforward. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient base for spending several weeks in Mallorca, and we’d be happy to stay here again.

Perfect stay

Perfect stay for 6 adults. Close to both grocery store, restaurants and the beach. If you have any questions, Villasmar agency is just a call or message away. They will answer very quickly. Could have been two pairs of table sets, one in the front and one by the pool. We moved them around. Maybe also some more sunbeds.

We had a great stay here

We had a great stay here, the location is perfect so close the beach and shops. Walking distance to everything you might need. The pool was excellent in the garden, perfect for my almost 2 and almost 4 year old. They were able to stand independently in the water and was lovely and refreshing after a long day at the beach. A house guide would be useful in the future as we only found the washing machine on the last day and for things like wifi information. The water pressure was a bit iffy but may have been to the drought. Otherwise would recommend happily!

Wir hatten einen guten Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft. Dies war vor allem der Nähe zum Strand und generell der guten Lage mit Nähe zum Hafen, sowie mehreren Restaurants und Supermärkten zu verdanken. Die Umgebung der Unterkunft war eher ruhig, manchmal hat man von den Bars in der Nähe etwas gehört, was aber nicht gestört hat und auch die direkte Nähe zu den Nachbarn nebenan war kein Problem. Die Unterkunft war größtenteils sauber, aber an manchen Stellen hat man schon deutliche Abnutzungsspuren gesehen, was eigentlich auch nicht weiter schlimm ist, aber man zahlt natürlich schon einen recht hohen Preis für diese Unterkunft.. Insgesamt hatten wir aber einen angenehmen Aufenthalt, was auch daran lag, dass die Kommunikation sehr einfach war und man bei Fragen oder Problemen eine sehr schnelle Antwort erhalten hat.
