Apartamentos Alta Galdana Playa by Escape Home

Alta Galdana Playa is located 350 metres from the nearest beach at Cala Galdana and has a shared swimming pool. The establishment offers 1-bedroom apartments with a private balcony. We have a quota of 10 units out of the 16 units that make up the complex.

There is a shared barbecue area with wooden table and benches. WiFi connection is free in communal areas and inside the apartments.

Each of the apartments has the following description:

Apartments with simple décor and tiled flooring, consisting of 1 bedroom with 2 single beds / double bed and bathroom with refurbished shower / bathtub. Towels and bed linen are provided.

The living area includes a corner sofa bed, dining table and Smart TV.

The American-style kitchen area offers basic facilities for preparing meals: it is equipped with a small fridge, microwave, hob, toaster, kettle, kitchen utensils and capsule coffee maker. Each apartment has a small terrace with table and 4 chairs.

The complex has the following shared facilities: swimming pool, solarium area with sun loungers and barbecue area with table and benches.

For groups made up of guests between 18 and 26 years old, a refundable deposit of €150 per person is required.

During local holiday periods, the Pentecost Festival and for stays between 15 and 30 June, the refundable deposit will be €300 per person.

The deposit must be paid by credit or debit card before arrival.

The amount will be refunded after check-out, once the property has been inspected, provided that no damage has occurred and the house rules have been respected.



Tourist tax:

In accordance with the regulations of the Parliament of the Balearic Islands, the Sustainable Tourism Tax is applied to all guests staying in tourist accommodation in the Balearics.

If this tax is not included in the reservation price, it must be paid before arrival by card, or at the accommodation reception, if it has in-person service available.
