Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. This former bakery is in a fantastic location in the heart of St Ann's Chapel just a 9-minute drive to Bigbury on Sea or 7 minutes to Challaborough Bay, there's so much to see and do just a stone's throw away.
Step into the entrance and through to the living room with comfy sofa's, smart tv and log burning fireplace. From the rear of the living room enter a versatile room with a sofa bed, work space and separate shower room plus double doors out to the beautiful mature garden. From the front of the house there are stairs up to the first floor and access to the spacious dining room with seating for 6 people. At the back of the dining room, the kitchen contains all the appliances and equipment required to make cooking a delight with lovely views of the garden and house is another room with
THE GOOD HOUSEKEEPING BOND
As per our listing details, we operate using a Good Housekeeping Bond and whilst we do not take a physical deposit, we have up to 14 days after departure to charge for any additional cleaning or damages caused during your stay and not reported. We understand that accidents can happen so please let us know if you have anything to report before your departure. Thank you
- Parties are strictly prohibited this is a quiet residential area not suitable for events
- Extra guests are not allowed unless previously authorised
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property
- We do not allow the use of candles ethanol burners or any other naked flame items. This is a safety precaution to help us prevent a fire starting in the home
- Respect for neighbours is highly appreciated. Please keep the noise down especially after 10pm
- It is not permitted to charge electric vehicles using the property's electricity supply.
