Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please vacate the cottage by 10:00 a.m. on the day of your departure, unless agreed otherwise in advance. This is to ensure the property is cleaned for incoming tenants on the same day.
BED LINEN AND TOWELS - remove used linens (do not remove mattress and pillow protectors) and put in blue bags. Wet or damp towels, use a separate blue bag. Place blue bags in ground floor hallway.
REFUSE AND WASTE DISPOSAL - see instructions in Housekeeping Notice. Take waste bins to driveway entrance. Close all WINDOWS. BACK DOOR - lock up. FRONT DOOR -lock and return key to key safe.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No barbecues allowed.

Stunning location!

Stunning location beautiful view and great location for Salcombe shops etc, easy check in/out! Very clean and all things needed for our stay was there! Fairly spacious even for 6 adults!

A very good option for staying in central Salcombe with the added unusual bonus of being detached with off street parking. Ideal base for eating out and exploring the coast. Stayed as group of four adults for four nights.

We really do love it here, the location is so good, and it has the most amazing views. Now we have 4 teenagers it's a bit more of a squeeze but it actually still works so well for us.

Perfect Location

The property was central in the town in walking distance to all amenities with stunning views over the estuary. All rooms were clean and well maintained with a well appointed kitchen although we ate out all the time. Would definitely book again recommend to others.

A fantastic stay at an amazing location

We loved the location and the views from the house are outstanding. Everything is clean and tidy with great communication from the hosts. The description is very accurate. Some reviews had worried me about the driveway but it’s very straightforward, just takes some extra care as you turn in.
