A Fitzrovia GemConvenient, clean and comfy with lots of room alongside a lift and AC?? Didn't think all that was possible in Central London but this flat checks alot of boxes. A great location without the crowds and street noise, but still close enough to everything via the tube, train or uber. Check-in was a bit challenging as we could not use WhatsApp, but we were able to connect with the host to resolve. Flat is on the 5th floor so the lift is a huge plus, and the AC was needed even on moderately warm days. Would stay again!

The location of this flat was perfect! We could walk out the door and find plenty of options for food and we were also able to walk to West Minster Abbey, a show, and more!We loved the decor of the flat and there was so much light. The only complaint we have was the AC was not on when we got there and it was very hot and there were no instructions for turning it on. We finally figured it out and the AC cooled the flat off pretty well but it took a while. Despite the minor AC issue, we had an amazing stay and would definitely come back!

The place was in a nice quiet area with plenty of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. The kitchen was very small and was missing a few little things but overall it worked fine for what we needed. Be aware that there is a large step up to one of the bathrooms which caused a tripping issue for us because the step is the same color as the main flooring. There should be a piece of colored trim on the step or something to catch your eye. Also, the bedrooms were extremely hot because the only air conditioner was in the main room. Both couples had to leave their bedroom doors open and the fans on full just to try and get some air. It was very hard to sleep. This location would be fine in cooler weather but not during the summer.
