About this property
Luxury Notting Hill 3 bedroom, 2 Bathroom Duplex Apartment
In the heart of central London a few minutes walk away from world famous Portobello Road, trendy Westbourne Grove and beautiful Hyde Park. Restaurants and bars all on your door step, plus Westfield Shopping centre( largest in Europe) and Oxford Street are just 10 mins by public transport, a shopaholics paradise.
Amazing Spacious Top Floor Duplex Flat with Terrace, consists of 3 equally good sized double rooms with king size beds and 100% cotton bed linen, 2 bathrooms 1 En-suite with all washing products included and fluffy cotton towels, makes this duplex flat not only feel airy and spacious easily accommodating up to 6 guests(110 square meters over 1000sqft), but homely too. Separate fully equipped kitchen, with 6 seater dining table and great corner sofa in living room make it comfortable for a family or sharers to enjoy each others company after a hard days shopping or sight seeing.
The flat will work equally well for business colleges as there is plenty of working space on the dining table, plus a separate desk area if required with good internet access for multiple users. The rooms are all good equal size with adequate storage.
Please note that being so central you'd expect the flat to be noisy but as we're are situated down a dead end road, the flat is very quiet and peaceful, which is very unusual for being so centrally located, but it's one of the only streets in the area that is.
Taxi, bus, Tube and even bikes are all 1-3 mins walk from the flat. You cant get better than that other than an Uber picking you up right outside your door step, which is possible.
The flat is in a very very central location situated very close to the best public transport in the city(please see pictures), other flats maybe cheaper but they will not be the same size (110sqm/1100sqft over 2 floors like a house) or location, so do look at the travel costs as these will add up as you'll always be traveling longer to get places, which is no fun when on holiday for a short time as you want to make the most of the time you have. The neighborhood is very safe and ladies/teenagers can come home anytime day/night and not feel worried.
There is a fully functional lift in the building which is very rare for an old property like this in London. This means the flat can be enjoyed by all ages without any problems making it an ideal family rental.
My Calendar is up to date so please if it says dates are available then they are. If you want to know the total cost of your stay simply go through the booking process and you will find out - at that stage you can always decide not to book.

Liked: Check-in, communication, location
We liked the location, it was quiet and comfortable for our family. The host was helpful. But the property has seen better days. Carpet coming up and stained, bathtub falling apart, kitchen cabinets falling apart and ripped/stained bedding. Cracked tile in the main bathrooms.
I very much enjoyed this day. Having two bathrooms was very nice. Kitchen was fully stocked. Beds were comfortable and clean plenty of room for a family walking to Hyde Park and Notting Hill. The bus was nearby with a great coffee shop on the corner.
This apartment was in a fantastic location and quite clean, comfortable and modern. The host communication was great and they didn’t ask us to do a million tasks upon checkout, which I appreciated. They only slight downsides are the bed sizes (2 bedrooms are listed as king beds and I’m not sure if it is a British size, but by American standards I would say all beds are queens), and the bathrooms while updated are quite small. The location is amazing and the apartment has good living space and is kept up well, so overall I would highly recommend this apartment.
Great location in the heart of Notting Hill. Apartment was spacious, quiet and clean. Beds were super comfy and no city noise at night even with windows open. Host was incredibly responsive and organized, bathrooms and kitchen updated as well as a lift to get our heavy bags to the top floor. My only comment is that carpets have some dirt and stains and could use a cleaning. Otherwise, could not have been more pleasant.
Flat was wonderful for our group of 3. The tube was right around the corner along with a great coffee shop, Amazon food market, pubs and "to die for" italian restaurant. The lift was a definite plus! I would suggest that the carpeting be replaced as it does need an upgrade. Our host was very responsive and got back to us immediately
This property was great! We spent a lot of time out and about but the beds were comfortable and the home was very clean. We were please with the location and the fact that the water pressure was still great even on the 4th floor. It’s just off a Main Street but not once did we feel like it was loud and slept well. I’d definitely stay again.
Location is outstanding, less than a block from a great corner coffee shop and about a block from the Notting Hill Gate underground station. Great communication with the host, restricted access to the building and an elevator to the top floor where the unit is located was great!
My family and I had such a LOVELY stay! Highly recommend - great location that's walkable to so many things, quiet location, great host communication, and overall a great week spent. Would love to return!
My family of 5 stayed 3 nights in this penthouse in Kensington. It was beautiful, clean, comfortable, roomy, and in an ideal location. We highly recommend it!
We had an enjoyable stay in Notting Hill for a long weekend. The area was very convenient and close to walk to everything. The house was easy to locate, the staff was extremely communicative and was an overall nice and comfortable apartment. We found it to be a bit more dated than the images showed on the listing, but overall was a lovely stay.
We had a wonderful stay at this flat. It’s at the end of a quiet little street but around the corner and a short walk to the tube stop. The house is cute, and comfortable with a lovely terrace. Will definitely stay again.
The property manager was excellent. He responded immediately when we had our few questions. The flat was exactly as pictured and described, and we found the neighborhood safe, friendly, and we were 5 minutes from the nearest tube stop. Easy walking to Kensington Gardens, Portobello Rd. market, and a great neighborhood pub.
This flat was centrally located, quiet, and we loved the outdoor space. It was within walking distance of Kensington Palace! Great for 3 adults, who each needed their own room.
