Rented this chalet for our son and family visiting us for a special family celebration. No problems with communication, or accessing the property. Excellent pre-arrival information both by text and email.The chalet was not terribly clean - I found dirty cotton buds lying around which was a shame and the lounge floor was quite dirty. However, everything else was fine. There were a few teabags and a bit of instant coffee in the chalet - there were also some coffee bags stuffed into the instant coffee jar. The sugar jar was virtually empty. Nothing else. No milk or anything in the fridge - just to make you aware.It was very hot, but I had gone earlier and opened windows and then left them on ventilate mode. Luckily our son had brought fans (it wasn't a hot weekend, we had rain on Sunday!) Comment from my daughter-in-law is that the bed was very bouncy but then hard at the bottom of the bounce! The boys slept fine on the bunk beds.We paid more for this chalet than for one of the brand new ones on the frontline, not sure why. It was fine for weekend when the family weren't actually there very much. The kitchen window definitely needs replacing. The chalet's fine, but a bit tired, and definitely not luxurious.
