Lighthouse Unit #1609...This condo is perfect for a small family. It has 1 bedroom, 2 bathrooms PLUS a BUNK ROOM and sofa bed sleeping a total of 6. Master features a King sized bed and soaking tub and stand alone shower in the Master Bath. Nicely decorated living room offers views of the beautiful gulf with entrance to the balcony! Breakfast bar and dining table seats a total of 8 with a fully-functioning kitchen and full sized washer-dryer set in the unit.

Great destination & quality stay

We enjoyed staying in 1609 with our toddler for several days. The view from the balcony is amazing, the pools are great for kids, and the beach is clean and not too crowded!Plenty of space indoors to relax and everything we needed was provided. Very easy to get in touch with property managers and on site office if needed. Overall beautiful and very family friendly.We will definitely return!

Quiet, relaxing stay. Beautiful condo within walking distance of shopping and restaurants. Loved having coffee in the morning on the patio and watching the dolphins.

This was our 2nd year in 1609. Love being on the 16th floor, the view is amazing. The unit is just as it says it is, no complaints at all. Clean, well stocked, comfortable bed.

We had a wonderful time and the property definitely met our needs. I was worried about the amount of space for our family of 6 (two adults and kids 10, 8, 7, and 3), but it did the trick for the five nights we stayed. We loved the location and the beach was clean and beautiful!

The beach is beautiful. The room was perfect for the two of us. We were most impressed with short wait time for the elevator. We thought being in a condominium that big was going to produce long wait times. Would stay here again!

House Hunting Trip

The condo is as described. It is clean and has plenty of towels! (That’s hard to find sometimes) It’s a quiet area, even though by the elevators, you can’t hear the elevators. The bed and couch are both comfortable. Great views from the balcony.
