Very clean space and exactly what was described and what it shows in the pictures! Check in process was smooth and they even let us in a little early! Washer worked well for our clothes and they had a large drying rack for them. Beds were pretty comfortable as well! Would stay again!
Extremely pleasant stay. Only thing is there was no self check in, so if your flight is in the late evening it might not be the most convenient. Otherwise excellent. Thank you!
Location is amazing. The apartment was really nice and comfortable. Very clean and up-to-date. Kitchen was very modern and well stocked, but was missing a corkscrew and the frying pans could use a refresh. Even though the street below was very busy, the apartment was amazingly quite. We would stay here again for sure.
This apartment was absolutely perfect for our visit. As advertised, just a few minutes from the beautiful Charles bridge and 5 minutes to the Old Town Square. It was so convenient to get around the city with this as our base and were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. On the one occasion we decided to use the subway, that was also very convenient, just around the corner! The apartment was as comfortable as shown in the pictures, and would be perfect for two couples or a family. Having two full bathrooms was so convenient, and a washing machine allowed us to do laundry in the middle of our trip was a lifesaver. We also really appreciated the well appointed kitchen which allowed us to get groceries and eat in for breakfast and other meals when we needed a break. Finally, the owner Mauro was exceptionally responsive and ensured that our stay was pleasant. Thanks for everything, our stay in Prague was amazing.

Beautiful apartment within minutes of everything on Prague new side, and easy walk to old Prague. I spent 3 nights here and wish I had 3 more, Prague was amazing and the accommodations provided a very comfortable stay. Alex, the local property manager, personally checked us in and provided many great local recommendations on our wants. Was a terrific time, look forward to Prague again.
Thank you for allowing us the pleasure of your wonderful apartment. We could have stayed a month, at the least. The location alone was all one might hope for and more. Easy walking access to most of the best of Prague! Easy tram and subway access to all the rest. The apartment itself was very accommodating and provided ample space to stretch out and relax. My son who is living there asked how I found such a great spot.

Very basic apartment - pictures make it look much nicer than it is. It gets hot so no AC is a big deal. Opening windows doesn’t do much. It’s on 4th floor and the elevator is 2x3 and slow so we just walked the 112 steps. Best thing about it was location. 2 minutes from Charles bridge. I would not rent it again.

Thank you for confirming that our location is, indeed, unbeatable. Being just a two-minute stroll from the iconic Charles Bridge is something our guests usually rave about.
I am sorry to hear that our historic maisonette didn't live up to the glossy expectations you had. We use professional photography to accurately show the layout, timber beams, and unique charm of the property—not to trick anyone into thinking they are booking a modern Hilton.
Regarding the climate: we do not list air conditioning as an amenity. Prague’s historic center is protected by strict heritage laws, and sticking modern AC units onto the facades of centuries-old buildings is frowned upon by local authorities.
As for the elevator—in this part of Prague, having any elevator at all is considered a luxury. I am sorry our European boutique lift didn't meet your speed requirements, but choosing to walk up and count all 112 steps seems like an aggressive way to spend your holiday.
We appreciate that you won’t be renting with us again, as we prefer hosting travelers who appreciate the historic quirks of Prague rather than those looking for a modern skyscraper next to a medieval bridge. We wish you the best of luck finding a property that better suits your pace on your next travels.
Was in Prague with my sister and another friend. This has a near perfect location close to the Charles Bridge, beautiful apartment with two balconies, modernized kitchen and bathrooms, but the rest of the furniture remains cute and provincial. It’s on the top floor, which is great for views however, the elevator is quite slow and quite small, but it beats having to take the stairs up.
