Nice House with Sports Club in Playa del Carmen - 5 minutes from beach
My house is a nice 3 bedroom house located in a private village. My house can comfortably receive up to 11 people . There is a private pool 50m away from my house, and the village is absolutely secure, there is security people 24hrs in the village. There is also a Sports Club that my guests can use. The sports club has soccer, basketball, tennis, racquetball courts, as well as a perfectly equipped gym and a semi Olympic pool. There is a relaxing spa also that guests can use.
It is located at about 10 minutes from Playa del Carmen downtown and only 3 minutes from the famous Xcaret, Xplor parks.
My house has SmartTV in each bedroom and nice memory foam mattresses on all bedrooms. It is very well prepared so that my guests have a relaxed & wonderful time at Playa del Carmen.

This is a property for those who love peacefulness of a secure, nice and private village. It is super recommended for complete families that want to spend nice vacations in Playa del Carmen. Our house is perfectly adapted for 11 people at the same time. Its Sports Club will make our guests to come back every year to Playa del Carmen.
What makes this property unique
Our house has an incredible Sports Club, only private village in Playa del Carmen with a Sports Club. It has tennis courts, a gym, semi Olympic pool, pool table, ping pong, sauna, basketball court, raquetball, etc . The nicest private village in Playa del Carmen. Only 5 minutes away ( by car ) from the beach and only 3 minutes from XCaret, Xplor and the best parks in Playa del Carmen.
