The Belvedere House - Private Apartments

La Casa del Belvedere consists of 4 apartments housed within a historic early 20th-century country manor, located just 1.5 km from the airport, in an ideal location for those who want to explore Umbria and visit its wonderful cities of art.

Located between Perugia and Assisi, in a quiet and lush green area, the apartments were all renovated in 2024, and each can accommodate up to 3 people.

Featuring an elegant blend of period furniture and contemporary accents, all apartments are equipped with every comfort: free Wi-Fi, spacious and comfortable double bedrooms, modern bathrooms with showers, bright living rooms with sofa beds, and well-equipped kitchens.

They are perfect for groups of friends who want to share their holiday by staying in the same building while maintaining their privacy, or for families who want to stay together. In fact, the apartments are located close to one another, on the same floor of the house, and each has its own private entrance.

During the warmer months, guests can also enjoy a spacious garden with a gazebo, tables, and chairs, where they can spend pleasant moments outdoors.
