This house is in a perfect location for your next Bozeman getaway. Located within walking distance to the Sourdough Canyon Trailhead, this property offers year round recreational opportunities and the comforts of home. This house is situated as close to the trailhead as possible, and offers the perfect location for guests interested in seeing the beauty of Montana wilderness. Walk, snow shoe, or ski to Mystic Lake right from the front door. This property is also ideally situated 14 minutes from downtown Bozeman which offers many restaurants and boutiques.

This is a newer, well kept house that will make you feel at home. The living room has a gas fireplace, and has large windows with opportunities for wildlife viewing. Deer, fox, black bears and other wildlife may be seen during your stay right from the comfort of the living room. The kitchen and living room are open, and serve as a perfect gathering place for your evenings sitting around the gas fireplace.

The house has three bedrooms, two which have queen beds, and a third that has a bunk bed perfect for kids. The master bathroom has a spa tub, along with a stand up shower. The second and third bathrooms each have a full size tub/shower. There is also a laundry room with a front loading washer and dryer.

Very few vacation rentals in the area offer such easy access to year round recreation and wilderness viewing. You will love the area, setting, and the comforts of this home!

Beautiful and scenic location. All the comforts of home. Close to town, yet country quiet. Host is attentive and the house was clean and welcoming with beautiful Mountain View’s and a cozy fireplace. 5 stars!

Perfect location

Great property; well supplied with lots of nice extras. The beds were comfortable with nice linens. Property is located near town with an out of town feel; good hiking nearby. VERY limited TV; incorrect instructions. All things considered, we would stay here again.

Ski Trip

All went well with the house rental! Eventhough the location was 5 miles from downtown, there was not much traffic congestion and the speed limit advances as you leave the city. This makes it a breeze to and from your destination. Great view and peaceful country location. Thanks for your hospitality!

Perfect Bozeman Getaway

I traveled to Bozeman on a mother/son trip, and this house did not disappoint. It is right on the outside edge of town. My mom owns a ranch in Texas and this house made my mom feel right at home. Right down the road from the house is a trailhead start and right behind the house is a creek with flowing water. We saw deer and turkey while staying at the house. If wanting a country feel while visiting Bozeman then this house is your place.

Warm and wonderful home!

Spent a family Christmas at this lovely home just outside of Bozeman Montana! The home is a fully furnished house with all the cooking utensils that one would need for a Christmas feast! So cozy and warm with a large kitchen table of which we spent hours playing games and sharing old stories of each other. The host was so thoughtful for the home was warm when we arrived and he even lite a Christmas tree in the living room to welcome us to the home! Great communication from the host from start to finish of our trip! I would highly recommend this home for a great and memorable family vacation!

Best family home in Bozeman

This home couldn't be more family friendly. The setting is beautiful in a quiet location and the living area is perfect for playing games and watching movies together. Jeff is the perfect host and very responsive to questions.

A Very Thankful Thanksgiving !

We loved this warm comfortable home for our kids, granddaughter and us. The road to Sourdough Canyon trailhead and the trail itself were wonderful! It is a perfect home for family! It had the right amount of kitchen items to host our small 7 people Thanksgiving feast! We loved it! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Very nice and clean home in quiet area. Not far away from Downtown Bozeman. Beds were comfortable. Saw deer in front and backyard. Owner was super nice and easy to communicate with and was available to answer questions. Excellent place to stay!

Nice place away from the city

Great location close to Hyalite Canyon and the path for Sourdough. It was nice to have the toys, books and basement games for the little kids. It would have been nice to have access to the garage.

Sourdough canyon home

This house was a great place to stay. Immaculately clean with large windows. We were so at home and comfortable it was hard to leave. Bonus flock of turkeys in the yard! Very close to town and right down the road from a great trailhead. I would definitely stay there again. Deluxe washer and dryer too!

Great house for our stay

This was our second year staying at this house, as two married couples it accommodated us well ,nice, clean & tidy well prepared for our arrival.
