About this property

Coveted creekside setting, near downtown and Bogert Park.

Bozeman Creek House is a creekside oasis just 3 blocks from downtown Bozeman, with no bedrooms on the main floor. Moved in the early '90s, it had minimal outdoor exposure before Jacquie Love remodeled it in 2010, adding windows, porches, and gardens. Jacquie lives in a separate addition with alley access and is often away, allowing guests privacy while being available for questions if needed. The house accommodates up to 8, with rates adjusted based on group size.

Nearby Bogert Park features trails, a swimming pool, and courts, making it ideal for outdoor activities. It's a quiet cul-de-sac with beautiful gardens and a fire pit by the creek. The owner has a separate entrance from the alley side, ensuring tranquility.

Enter through a cozy porch to find a bright interior with wood floors, large windows, and thoughtful furnishings. The kitchen is perfect for cooking while socializing, and the east-facing deck provides outdoor dining opportunities with a gas heater for chilly evenings. The upstairs primary bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet, and reading nook, with a remodeled bathroom offering a unique rooftop view. The queen bedroom features a mural and a workout space with gym equipment.

The upstairs bathroom has 2 sink vanities and a glass-doored tub/shower. Downstairs there is a full bathroom with a walk-in shower, and the main floor has a half bath.

Downstairs includes a cozy game room with a foosball table, Murphy bed, TV, darts, and a collection of books. There’s another bedroom with a full bed and en suite bathroom. The house comes with essentials like coffee supplies, linens, and local tips for exploring Montana. I work in medicine but also own a permaculture educational farm just north of Bozeman.

Why they chose this property

I like to be able to walk out the door and sit by Bridger Creek, along the trails that border this subdivision. Plus I can ride my bike to town or to the local swimming beach. I don't golf but there is a great course right across the street.

I was able to buy this townhouse and finish it just how I have always wanted. It's built to last and equipped with top of the line appliances and furnishings. It has radiant floor heat which is the only way to go in Montana winters, plus it is well insulated and has high ceilings with great light.

What makes this property unique

Fantastic house and yard, 3 blocks from Main St, and right next to Bozeman Creek, at the end of the street. Keyless entry. Air Conditioning.
