The suite was lovely, everything that was needed was there. Great location, very nice pool. The hosts, Claudia and Nicolas were very helpful, answered any questions I had promptly. Love Bucerias, can't wait to go back

We chose this neighborhood because it offers the perfect combination of beach, walkability, and the relaxed atmosphere of Bucerías. Located in the heart of the Golden Zone, you can walk to the beach in just a few minutes and enjoy a great variety of restaurants, cafés, shops, and local spots nearby.

What we love most is being able to experience Bucerías on foot—start the morning with a walk along the beach, spend the day by the ocean, explore the charming streets, and enjoy dinner nearby without having to drive.

The neighborhood has a lively yet laid-back coastal feel, making it a wonderful place to enjoy the authentic charm of Bucerías while having everything you need close at hand.

What makes our property special is the combination of location, comfort, and resort-style amenities. Set on the 5th floor in the heart of Bucerías’ Golden Zone, the apartment is just one block from the beach and within walking distance of restaurants, cafés, shops, and everyday conveniences.

Guests can enjoy much more than just a comfortable place to stay: the building offers a swimming pool, heated jacuzzi, gym, coworking area, and a rooftop with restaurants and beautiful ocean views.
