Overlooking Bucerias Beach and the beautiful Bay of Banderas, just 15 minutes north of the Puerto Vallarta airport, Colibri Condos in Bucerias, Mexico are relaxing, comfortable and convenient - perfect for that tropical vacation getaway.

Located on the water’s edge, beauty and tranquility surround you. Watch Humpback Whales from your private terrace. Stroll along the beachfront, listening to the rustle of the palms and the tranquil lap of the waves. Walk or jog along miles of spectacular beach. Visit and explore the enchanting town that is Bucerias.

After a day in paradise, casually walk the beach to one of the many excellent seaside restaurants for dinner. In the evening the rolling surf will lull you to sleep and in the morning a neighbouring rooster will chime in the start of another day in paradise!

Located on the second floor, unit #203 in the Colibri Condominiums building has easy access to the tropical landscaped grounds and is just steps away from the oceanfront infinity pool. Its lush courtyard with tropical gardens and beautiful swimming pool provides the perfect background to relax with plenty of patio space for those looking for the perfect tan. The beachfront pool is set within lush tropical landscape and a private staircase leads to the wide sandy beach. Condo Oceana is fully air conditioned and features all the conveniences and more luxuries than you come to expect in a vacation home.

This spacious, two bedroom, two bathroom condominium can comfortably accommodate four people and is perfect for two couples or a small family with adult children. There are two large bedrooms, each with its own luxurious bathroom with marble countertops and full size walk in shower. For your convenience, there is a laundry room with washer and dryer in the condo.

The fully equipped kitchen with luxurious granite countertops and tropical cabinetry allows you to prepare your own meals and comes complete with brand-name appliances including full sized fridge with freezer, electric stove with oven, over-the-range microwave and dishwasher. There is a coffee maker and teapot, toaster and small food processor, a collection of pots, pans and cooking utensils as well as dishes and cutlery and an assortment of wine, margarita and drinking glasses. And of course, there's a blender for those frosty tropical drinks! For your grilling needs, there is a Weber propane BBQ.

The spacious outdoor covered terrace adds extra outdoor living space--perfect for relaxing with your morning coffee, watching the Humpback Whales at play or enjoying a spectacular sunset with a frosty drink. For guest enjoyment, Condo Oceana has an IPTV setup, which streams almost any live channel in the world and other movies or TV shows on demand. There is also a collection of books, board games and playing cards.

A handbook in the condo provides a list of things to do as well as a list of some of our favourite restaurants, grocery shopping tips, important phone numbers and local maps. We provide end-of stay cleaning, as well as mid-stay cleaning for visits of 10 days or more.

To ensure privacy and security, the condo is located in a completely walled and gated complex. There is a remote controlled private gate to the parking area. Colibri Condos are handicapped and wheelchair accessible with an 11 passenger state-of-the-art elevator to each floor.

Public transportation is a short block away from Colibri and it's a short drive or bus ride from Bucerias to downtown Puerto Vallarta for shopping, great restaurants and nightlife, or perhaps people watching or an evening stroll along the Malecón. Going in the other direction, La Cruz de Huanacaxtle, Destiladeras Beach, Sayulita and Punta de Mita are only a few minutes away.

There are several agencies in Bucerias where you can rent a car or mountain bikes, book jungle tours, whale watching cruises, snorkeling and scuba diving trips, ocean kayaking adventures and deep sea fishing trips. You can go horseback riding on the beach and in the jungle, charter sail and power boats, and visit Sayulita for a day's surfing. Perhaps you prefer to take in a round of golf at any one of the nearby golf courses.

At the end of your day in paradise come home to your condo at Colibri - the ideal place to rest in the ambiance of comfort and good taste.

Cancellation Policy: Our Cancellation Policy is to refund any amounts received to date, as long as we are able to rebook the property for those dates (up to the amount of the rebooking). This overrides the standard VRBO Cancellation Policy of "No Refund", described elsewhere in this listing. Please ask if you would like further clarification.
