This guest villa features a spacious private pool and stunning views of the ocean, the golf course, and the Sierra Nevada—perfect for relaxing, enjoying a cup of coffee or tea, or a glass of wine while watching the sunset.

The villa has 4 levels distributed as follows:

-Ground floor with a living room opening onto a large terrace with panoramic views and an outdoor dining area that seats 12, as well as hanging hammock chairs for enjoying the views; a work area with a desk and chair; a bedroom with a double bed that opens directly onto the terrace, and a bathroom with a bathtub.

-The ground floor features a bedroom with a king-size bed and a designer bathroom, offering stunning panoramic views of the sea and the entire Almerimar area.

-The semi-basement level features a spacious living-dining room and a built-in kitchen with a state-of-the-art American-style refrigerator, featuring an island equipped with everything you need to prepare your favourite dishes, a laundry area with a washing machine and dryer, and three bedrooms—one with a king-size bed and direct access to the pool—as well as two other bedrooms, each with two single beds, and a bathroom with a shower.

-For dance lovers, the basement area features a private bar/nightclub of approximately 50 metres, equipped with a Bluetooth speaker and sofas—perfect so you don’t have to leave home. We also have a fitness area with a treadmill, stationary bike, and various exercise equipment.

In the outdoor “Beach Club”-style area, complete with lounge chairs and esparto grass umbrellas, areas for sunbathing and shade, you can enjoy a 32-square-meter private pool with a barbecue area and garden overlooking the sea and mountains, as well as a hammock for the perfect moment of relaxation while sipping a cocktail.

The villa is located right across from the golf course with direct views, offering easy access to the beach just 1.4 km away—about a 3-minute drive or a 20-minute walk— and is close to the Almerimar Marina and the area with bars and beach bars.
