New apartment, very bright and comfortable in the same beach of the salinas, with pool and common gardens, ideal for family tourism with children, in the same beach of the Salinas next to Roquetas de Mar and to 10 minutes of Aguadulce.
Very close to the Natural Park of Cabo de Gata -Nijar. Ecological and nature tourism.
The apartment is fully equipped for a holiday on the beach, with sea views, terrace for outdoor dining and WIFI.
In the surroundings there are beaches and natural parks, you can practice any type of water sport, there are nearby golf courses and leisure and dining areas.
It is located in a quiet residential area but within walking distance there are lively bars and restaurants.

Vacaciones perfectas para la familia

Apartamento con preciosas vistas, de gran pulcritud y con espacio suficiente para una familia de 4 a 6 miembros. No falta ni un solo detalle ni en la cocina ni en las habitaciones. Su orientación permite desayunar, comer y cenar en el balcón pues da la sombra practicamente todo el día. No tiene aire acondicionado pero tampoco lo necesita, es un apartamento muy fresquito. Ahhh¡¡ y tiene plaza de garaje. El año que viene esperamos repetir

"Este piso es muy bonito y muy cómodo, los niños pueden bajar a la piscina y a la playa o a los columpios solos, sin peligros, se esta muy a gusto y esta en primera linea de playa de verdad, y tiene al lado un chiringuito, en el que se come muy bien, vamos a repetir otro verano!"
