1960s villa located in Issambres, full of charm with a beautiful view of the sea. The whole interior has been completely renovated to meet the tastes. Pleasant summer and winter, thanks to the mild winter and comfort of the villa.
This house perched on the hill and situated on a beautiful fenced plot of 1300m2, among pine trees, can accommodate 6-8 people and your four-legged friends
This little paradise is modernized over the years and includes:
- A living-dining room (double sofa bed)
- An integrated kitchen, new and fully equipped with plenty of crockery
- A large corridor leading to three double bedrooms
- A brand new bathroom and a large toilet.

We like the stay very much

The view of the sea from the terrace was something what we enjoyed every evening and its location in a quiet neighborhood to relax from the bustling life at the beaches.

Such a lovely place

This lovely villa is in a quiet spot looking down on the Mediterranean, with Seaviews from pretty much every window. The children loved the fenced and terraced garden with its shady trees and warm patio. And there was plenty of space for our two cars. The villa itself is spacious, bright, light & airy, with plenty of storage space. All the beds are comfortable, the sofa too. It is beautifully decorated and had a shower room which raised admiring comments from everyone. The kitchen was excellent, and great to cook in. The manager approachable and pleasant. Although the villa is on a hill, the walk to & from the coast was easy, and there are beautiful sandy beaches close by at Les Issambres, Calanques to visit as well. Plus hilltop villages inland; Roquebrune sur Argens being one. The local shops were great, with plenty of fresh produce there and in the markets. Frejus, with its amazing Roman amphitheatre was easy to get to and interesting. All together the best holiday!

Two Out of Five In terms of the facilities the property had all the basics. For us it scored low because the property was in need of a major upgrade. While the rooms were neat and tidy the building had a dated feeling. The shower room had mould. Some of the furniture was shabby and the sofa in the living room was most uncomfortable. Where the property was really lacking was outside. It was not well maintained and is need of a major cleanup. There was no garden as such but rather a collection of unkempt bushes and shrubs. The owner was responsive in making the rental arrangements and did provide good customer service but I would not recommend this property because I expected a higher level of class. Perhaps it's good value for the expensive Riviera but the next time I would certainly spend more. The area has lots of great restaurants and is an easy drive to interesting sites. Bonjour, Je suis extrêmement étonnée par votre appréciation. C'est la première fois que des locataires ne conseillent pas ma maison et que je n'obtiens pas une note d'au moins 4, plutôt 5! En règle générale il est écrit que la villa est confortable, propre, très fonctionnelle avec le jardin bien entretenu, une belle vue mer et qu'elle correspond bien à la description et aux photos de l'annonce. Je pense que dans votre cas il y a effectivement un malentendu car vous sembliez vous attendre à une maison beaucoup plus luxueuse. La mienne est très agréable mais n'a pas cette prétention et je n'ai pas un tarif de maison "haut de gamme". J'ajoute que pour les meubles "style provençal" et en noyer, ils étaient visibles sur les photos. Le sofa du séjour a été acheté l'année dernière à "Maison du Monde" qui est une enseigne plutôt prisée en France. Grâce à l’assistante sur place l’accueil, le séjour et le départ se sont très bien passés. La situation de la villa est très agréable (superbe vue sur mer), le jardin approprié pour nos deux chiens. Les relations, même à distance, avec la propriétaire ont été très bonnes et efficaces. La villa est confortable par tous les temps.

Sehr relaxtes Haus 5 mins vom Meer. Innen ist frisch renoviert, der Garten ist sehr groß und eingezäunt. Einen kleinen Laden und Cafe gibt es inder Nähe, sonst braucht man aber ein Auto. Der hundestrand in der Nähe ist auch prima. Einfach super gemütlich!

Agréable lieu de séjour

Le lieu est agréable et surtout très calme. La vue mer est un + depuis la terrasse, une chambre et depuis la pièce de vie. Le stationnement du véhicule dans la cour : très confortable. La cuisine est très très bien équipée. Linge de maison fourni en grand nombre. Juste dommage que les travaux de réhabilitation de la maison ne soit pas terminés ( climatisation, décor et ameublement de la pièce de vie, façade, volets, jardin, éclairage de la montée d'escaliers ...). On recommande cependant ce lieu de séjour bien situé et au calme complet.

Maison de charme

Maison très agréable avec une belle vue et proche d’une plage très fréquentée mais qui a l’avantage d’être principalement publique. Quartier calme. Équipements de cuisine un peu limités.

Emplacement magnifique

Si vous recherchez une maison de vacances au calme avec une vue sur la mer digne d’une carte postale, n’hésitez pas. Nous venons de passer un séjour des plus agréables dans cette ravissante villa dont l’intérieur vient tout juste d’être rénové avec un goût exquis. La propriétaire Hélène est une hôtesse parfaite : très attentionnée et toujours disponible.

Einfach ein schöner Urlaub mit den Hunden im Süden

Wir, eine Familie mit 5 Erwachsenen haben die 9 Tage sehr genossen in dem schönen Haus. Wir hatten auch drei größere Hunde dabei und diese sind auch voll auf Ihre Kosten gekommen, da dass Grundstück sehr groß, eingezäunt und schattig war. Der sehr schöne Hundestrand ist ca. 15 min mit dem PKW zu erreichen. Den PKW kann man auch aufs Grundstück in den Schatten sellen. Ein schönen Strand gibt es auch, wenn man sich etwas rechts vom Meer hält. Ca. 7 Minuten zu Fuß. Nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit ca 10 Autominuten. Das Haus ist wie schon erwähnt in die Jahre gekommen und es fehlt eigentlich eine Art Hausmeister fürs Haus und für den Garten. Also wenn man alles sehr genau nimmt und einem stört das das Haus, Wohnzimmer, Küchenzubehör, Garten usw nicht unbedingt ein deutschen standart entspricht, der ist da falsch, wer aber die Vorteile sieht, Ausblick aufs Meer, Großer Garten, ruhige Lage, PKW im Schatten , großes Haus, viel Schatten usw, der ist hier richtig. Unser Motto war, die positiven Dinge mitnehmen, ein Wein trinken und die Seele beim Blick aufs Meer baumeln lassen. Noch positiv zu erwähnen, sehr nette Gastgeberin und schnell per Mail zu erreichen. WIR KOMMEN WIEDER.

Supertolle Lage

Nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt liegt ein wunderschöner Strand. Haus und Garten sind groß, schon etwas älter, was einen besonderen Charme verleiht. Die Küchenausstattung ist sehr gut ( z.B. Spülmaschine, Kühl-Gefrierkombi mit 3 Tiefkühlfächern, Mikrowelle), das WLAN ebenfalls. Sicheres Parken ist auf dem Grundstück möglich. Nach Cannes und St. Tropez ist es nicht weit. Nicht zu vergessen, vielen Dank und großes Lob an unsere Vermieterin, die jederzeit bei allen Fragen für uns da war!

Tolle Lage, charmantes Haus

Wunderschönes Haus in perfekter Lage: ca fünf Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand, unglaublicher Meerblick, kleiner Supermarkt fußläufig. Ausstattung sehr gut mit ausreichend Küchenutensilien. Etwas schade dass innen (leider insbesondere prominent im Wohnzimmer) die Farbe an ein paar Stellen von der Wand abblättert und dass in den Schubladen und Schränken doch recht viele Restutensilien rumliegen. Trotzdem hatten wir aber absolut ausreichend Stauraum und nichts roch muffig.. Am tollsten waren für uns der Meerblick vom Bett aus und die unglaubliche Terrasse mit großzügiger Möblierung. Auch die Kinderzimmer sind sehr hübsch und die Einrichtung insgesamt hat uns gut gefallen. Sehr nette Vermieterin, wir möchten wieder kommen, vielen lieben Dank.

Hello Franziska, Thank you very much for your appreciation. It's true, the house is very well located, with a superb sea view. For utensils in the cupboards, we didn’t understand each other well. L'endroit est effectivement très agréable, été comme hiver et avec cette magnifique vue mer, on ne s'ennuie jamais! De votre côté, vous êtes des locataires en or !
