The villa is a short walk from the sea although the last bit of the walk is quite steep. it is a lovely villa in a good location and has some nice views and is a short walk to a super market. The pool is nice and well kept however the villa its self is starting to get tired and needs some updating. There appears to be a private residents on the ground floor which dose over look the pool.
