Apartment is truly luxury, everything you could want. The location is perfect and the balcony is a real highlight. Modica is a beautiful little town. Antonio, the local host was friendly and helpful.We would return to this apartment whenever in this area for sure!

This apartment was amazing! Beautiful setting overlooking the historic center. All the amenities and cooking utensils you could possibly need, including a gift basket! Antonio was wonderful and helped us with our luggage up and down the stairs - we really appreciated it!! We highly recommend this apartment! Thank you, Antonio!

We travel a lot, and this was one of our best stays. The place was well located, immaculate, and well stocked. Our host was amazing, he met us at check in and walked thru everything. He was quick to answer any questions via sms. The balcony was a great place to hang out day and night. Plenty to do right out the door. Nothing but high fives!!
